Taco Bell — Restaurant in Miami Lakes

Go Somewhere Else There was water throughout the kitchen, hallway and restrooms, maybe a leak or something but not red cones warning you of the slippery dangerous floors. The worst thing with this place is they force you to use the kiosk which if you're ordering a complicated long order it may be ok, but its stupid for a one or two item order. It literally takes longer time than simply ordering at the counter, give your money and wait for the food. This was my first time at a restaurant where you can ONLY order at the kiosk; McDonald's have the same system but if you prefer and want to order at the counter it is perfectly fine. I actually saw several people try to use the kiosk after attempting to order at the counter only to leave the place altogether without ever ordering. I will not be returning to this place...

At 5:15pm on Sept 28, 2018 I went through the drive thru & as I was approaching the speaker to order, I see there was homeless people under the roof of the speaker so we decided to be safe to go straight to the window to order because there was no cars in front or behind me. When I get to the window a blonde girl opens the window and she said it was okay but then another girl with black long hair approaches the window and says “you cannot order at the window” and we told her what happened and she’s like “I don’t care, you can’t order at the window” contradicting her co worker. First off I ordered the threeSOFT tacos combo like I ALWAYS do, and this is the third time it’s been wrong. This time I was like screw it they were busy, but really? This shell isn’t even a shell it’s falling apart and I need a dang fork to eat a freaking taco! Ridiculous. I’d rather wait in the line of Chick-fil-A if this is going to be the case every time I come here. (Which is regularly). At the drive up window I even repeated myself three times.
