NQC Miami (DRIVE THRU) — Restaurant in Miami Lakes

I love this place! This is my to go breakfast and brunch stop. Love many things about this place. Healthy varieties, which I am a fan of healthy. I specially love thire wholegrain avacado toast. Must try, if you are a fan of avacado! Many months ago I rated this place 4 stars, simply because they didn't have many variety of waffles & pancakes, which I love. But i had to come back and rewrite my rating to 5 stars! They do change the menu & put different treats for us customers to try. Now they have a new Cookies & Cream French toast, this I have to try. A cheat meal has no harm if you eat it early during the day. For the summer they will have the pancakes with variety fruit toppings. Can't wait to try. I meet the owner which he happens to be the one who create these amazing recipes. He is a very nice person. Customer service is great. I highly recommend this place. Great thing this place also has is after I hit the gym I can order my wholegrain toast using (their APP) and just pick it up at thire drive thru. Saves me time. Thank you Noc. 😉👍 5...

The beef empanada had tons of breading and had low quality beef that tasted mediocre and had a smushy texture. The shrimp bowl had a shrimp shell in the bowl. When I called the manager, he said he was the owner and initially dismissed my concern and hung up on me. When I called back, he said that he’s tired of my complaints (It’s been over 6 months since I decided to give NQC another chance), and that his food is superior quality. He said he cares about everyone and does everything for the “one” God. When I reminded him of the shrimp shell in the food and said that he is imposing his religious beliefs, he said there’s no shells in his food and is allowed to impose his religious beliefs in his business.

I will not be giving this place another chance, and I will report NQC to the BBB for having hazardous practices and not addressing customer concerns.

P.S.: I just wanted to eat lunch safely and not be told about “one” God. Personal religious beliefs aren’t necessary to discuss when running a business and increasing...

SECOND VISIT review:

GIVING IT A SECOND TRY TODAY owner was very polite apologized for the misunderstanding and the food was excellent again. We can mark it up to a big misunderstanding from my first visit. When back in the area at my suppliers this will definitely be a go to spot for breakfast and lunch!!!!

Sandwich I had was excellent.

Chip reader on payment machine was sensitive. I went to pay with my regular credit card and was not reading.

I went to hand lady a card I use less often and the owner steps up on me and says you can’t enter here and pronounced himself as the owner.

Definitely did not appreciate him stepping up in me like that for no reason. He should have apologized to me but chose not too afterwards.
