Update from 3 years ago; 05/03/2024:
This place has gone down the drain. I was in the 50% empty restaurant. The two ladies in the restaurant had to be called over for me to order my avocado spring rolls which were room temperature on receipt. I also had to Mei to ask for my drink, a fork and napkins... The food was super bland I had to add tons of chilli oil !! At the end of the terrible service Mei put the #'s in the machine for me to pay and walked away. I paid with my card ($34.24) and besides the service left a $9 tip. As soon as I paid and started to tear my receipt off of the machine Mei returned, and reached for the machine and saw the amount I paid and looked at me saying you just paid the total. I kind of heard hear but I was asking a question at the same time about a to go bag and she rudely said, "you have a box you don't need a bag. You paid the total no tip??." I stepped to the side and she saw the $$ on the table and she said sorry then went for a bag. When she came back with the to go bag and went for the $$ I snatched it off the table and her tip then became $0.The gentleman beside me immediately said, "damn right" and told her she was rude... This food is horrible and Mei's behavior was JUST NASTY!! I cancel my initial review of 5 stars to 1 star!! the service and food were both horrible
This was absolutely delicious. I was a first timer and wanted something very simple: We opted for the Chicken Karaage appetizer and I had the Thai Pineapple Fries Rice w/ strawberry bubble tea and let me tell you- this was better than any I've ever had... OMG! It was soooo good! 😍😍. (My BF had the Japanese Curry). I live 2 mins away (driving) and see why this place is always packed! I will...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at 107 Taste, and I must say, the experience surpassed all expectations, primarily due to the impeccable food quality and the outstanding service we received, particularly from Marisel. From the moment we arrived, Marisel welcomed us with such warmth and charm that it instantly set a positive tone for our evening. Her genuine enthusiasm for the menu and her insightful recommendations helped us navigate our dining choices with ease. In fact, I playfully asked her to recommend a main course for me, stating that if I didn’t like it, she would have to pay for it. She immediately played along with good humor, and her excellent recommendation did not disappoint! Now, let’s talk about the food. Each dish we ordered was a testament to the kitchen's commitment to quality and flavors. From the first bite to the last, every element was crafted with care, showcasing fresh ingredients and exquisite presentation. The flavors were vibrant and well-balanced, clearly reflecting the chef's expertise. One unexpected highlight was dessert. Typically, we’re not dessert fanatics, but Marisel's enthusiasm and her recommendation of coconut cake, cheesecake and the Thai dunats were so compelling that we couldn’t resist. And boy, are we glad we indulged! It was the perfect sweet ending to our meal, deliciously crafted and beautifully presented. Overall, our dining experience at 107 Taste was enhanced by Marisel’s personal touch and the kitchen's exceptional quality. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delightful culinary experience and outstanding service. We’ll certainly be returning—for both the food and the charming...
Read moreHonestly we were really excited to come here and try out the food. Turned out to be a bitter experience. Ingrid is extremely rude. I've never dealt with a waitress that talked back, who never introduced herself, and started yelling and arguing when I asked for her name and asking what my problem is. I thought it was customary to know who is giving your food and taking care of your table. If you work in customer service, you need to put a smile on your face and do your job because you will drive people away and unfortunately I won't be back or anyone I know.
Food didn't come out at same time and even though they got my order wrong, I didn't expect them to scrape off the top of my dish and still have the ingredient I asked without mixed in. When I told Ingrid the plate was wrong, she rolled her eyes, went to the back, scraped my food, then walked away.
I didn't like that our dishes didn't come out the same time. Two of us were left with our plates getting cold while we waited. We ended up finishing on different times and it was unpleasant. Boba tea wasn't the best either and again with the attitude.
The noodles were good, I liked mine and if it weren't for the bad service I would've really enjoyed this place. It sucks when you expect to go to a place and really like it and have it ruined by someone's attitude.
I just want the owner to know that I wouldn't have given this place one star but because of what happened, that's what it...
