Booby Trap Doral — Restaurant in Miami Springs

We are from Orlando, and thought we would check this place out for the first time last week. We paid $3.00 to park our own car, $20.00 a piece to get in, and they ran our card for $200.00 and they were supposed to refund what we didn't spend. I drank a Seagram's 7 and 7 my husband drinks Yuenling. The first round of drinks I got from bar and it was $16.00 in cash. Lol we then sat at a table and the cocktail server got us two more drinks. She came back wanting $18.00. I told her we just paid $16.00 at bar, she then came back saying the drinks were $15.00. How much are these drinks you very dishonest workers?. The girls didn't hardly dance they leaned up against the pole and swayed back and forth like they were going to sleep. Worst place I've seen yet. It's big and I'm sure if you have thousands of dollars to be taken from you it's your place. We spent $60.00 on our card with a $15.00 tip, so $125.00 should have been returned to our bank. Of course they cheated us and took what they wanted by returning $80.00. Nice way of doing business. It's bad enough you charge people to park their own car and the drinks are small and outrageous but we work hard for the money WE CHOOSE TO SPEND. How dare you steal from your customers. This place charges you more to get in than the real hot spots like E11even or Scarlett’s. It could be a dead day with no one inside on a Tuesday and they want their $20. You can uber there and they will enforce a parking fee of $3 and also impose a 2 drink minamum. It’s no wonder no one goes there anymore, especially during the week days.

And the when inside, the dancers go from table to table asking you to give them tips for their dances mean while they have not even danced... to make matters worse, after they complete their rounds, they start all over again.

Looking wise the girls are so so, sometimes they are cute sometimes they are (no comment)

Tips to the owners: Do not charge a $20 entrence at least on week days don’t.

I’d recommend a $5 entrence or maximum $10 I bet you will make up for lost entrence with an influx of customers coming in and spending at the bar. Consider that E11even does free entery for Florida residents and they are not going hungry.

Your parking guys need to be careful as they are illegally charging parking fees to those who are not even parked there.

I’ve been dancing for 10 years and danced in multiple venues including UK and AUSTRALIA.

I came as a dancer in slow season. So even though it wasn’t the busiest during the week you still made money compared to the UK clubs for example.

The whole team especially the manager Mike and head of security Leo! From how me and my friend were treated on our first day, to during the shift was honestly the most welcoming by far from any of the clubs out here. They really go above and beyond here to make you feel comfortable and even just give you heads up on clients.

They make sure you’re safe, have fun and most importantly make money 💰

We have 2 house mums but main house mum is called Debbie, she offers outfits, feminine products and looks after check in etc. I think it’s important to have a house mum so this was great to see,

The club had a decent stage with 3 poles and multiple stages which gives you space to move around. if you do pole work just make sure to bring pole grip as it can get slippery.

Honestly I tried multiple clubs in Miami, and by far this felt immediately like a home club.
