Addison House Doral Outlet — Local services in Miami Springs

I was surprised to find such friendly service in a high-end furniture store. I don't like being bothered when I shop around, but I also like to be acknowledged. I was not bombarded when I walked in and had time to look around before I was offered assistance, which was followed by "coffee?". I couldn't resist.

I sat with this lady that had a lot of knowledge of this overwhelming list of products. She was able to narrow down the options for me and I found the perfect bedroom set for my home. Because I fell in love with this set, I did not mind the wait (4-5 months!!). It was what I wanted, the color, the size, the height, everything.

I strongly suggest you call in and make an appointment before coming in because it is time consuming, if you're serious about investing in good+ quality furniture, this is the place to go. Quality service....

I want congrats specially Paola in the Doral branch. She is a true professiona, never pushing to buy, always giving advice and support. Is that what's a great sale executive is ? She immediately side to the client in their repreneeds,obviosly representing the brandADDISSON, but she knows that the brand wants you to be happy and come back to the store. She has made us comeback many times. In the moments of challenges(changing a product) she has the support of Mr.Robert. I will love to have Mr.Ribert producing one of my TV series. He is a British Gentleman but a army organized guy. So for my wife, which is a set designer for television, there is a great advisor: Paola, who is amoung the the best professionals in miami.So...

BAD, BAD, BAD costumer service. Not happy at all. I wish I could give them negative point. They are just not honest people, we went to the outlets and the salesperson name Melisa came to help us and after our agreement on dining table set and spent a lot of our time because she calculated the wrong price and .... Than she told us you know what???? We just sold this to another person. And that is impossible because it was an outlet items and we were only the one in store.

DO NOT trust them. We just wasted...
