I stop at this location often because its on my way to work. I usually stop around 7am and there are maybe 1 or 2 friendly staff members- usually at the window handing me my drink.. but its not often i get them. I have had so many rude employees take my order. One time i just repeated my order back to make sure it was correct the person at the speaker said “yeahh, that’s what i said” in such rude tone. Another time i ordered a “healthy” version of a drink i liked that i had found on pinterest & it was my very first time ordering this drink, and i guess they did not like the way i ordered it so they laughed and i could hear the barista’s in the background laughing & when i got up to the window they said “next time- just order it this way because the way you ordered didn’t make sense” …. I’m sorry? I do not work here. Is it not your job to help the person ordering & provide customer service? Blatantly laughing in the speaker was so rude & unprofessional. They all act like they do not want to be there…. If you hate your job so much, find a new career. Dont make your paying customers feel like they are inconveniencing you by asking you to do your job. Read moreZERO stars is what is needed for this visit. 1st got my drink wrong, I always order all my drinks with 1shot of expresso, which is how I like it. And last I recall you could order food/drinks the way you like. Well when I went inside store to get new drink I overheard male employee making statement about how he could get how a lady in drive thru ordered a drink with only 1 shot of expresso. He then says something along the line of "this is Starbucks and it's a little discerning to him that someone orders drinks that way from here. ". As I stood at counter for like 5 minutes or so without even being acknowledged by the 3 employees, a women from the back came out and asked if I had been helped, that's when they finally decided to help me. In which it was a big deal that THEY got order wrong and I didn't just accept what I got, then for me to order my drink with 1 shot of expresso. That was a big deal, the male employee then like most of realized I was the one who ordered that type of sink and changed his conversation very quickly. I asked for a cup of ice which I’m aware they have a rule in place now you have to make a purchase before you can have a cup of ice which is bizarre as much money as this company makes because of people like me who goes there everyday. However I told the lady I had a prior mobile order and it was at another Starbucks which I was told from a manager even if you had prior order you can still get a cup of ice. So she told me my manager is here I can ask her and she needed to confirm it and look it up and I said I come here everyday I don’t need to lie she says yes I know you do, but treated me like I was a liar when she sees me all the time. Then when I called 5 mins later to speak with a manager she said the manager was on break.
