509 Resto — Restaurant in Miami

I have no clue why this place is rated 5 stars on google. On 01/21 I ordered Turkey tassot which came with rice and plantains. I also added an extra side order of fried plantains as well as a side order of boulet. The Turkey was so tough it was impossible to eat let alone enjoy. Not only was it inedible but I can tell there was nothing fresh about it. Order came with about 5 chunks with 3 of them being mostly fat and impossible to eat. Side of boulet came with one single ball of complete mush. I’ve eaten these dishes plenty of times elsewhere and this was a total waste of money. I was so upset I didn’t even think to take a photo. I just trashed the food...

Every single patties is raw inside, that’s a cause for food poisoning. Can’t eat not one of them and I’m disappointed because I was looking forward to eating and enjoying my food after that drive to the restaurant. The owner is nice but the food isn’t doing it for me.
