ZERO STARS. Went from good to HORRIBLE. Hands down the worst pizza place on the planet. I've ordered from here for many years but over the last 1.5 half the decline in customer service and quality has been in a steep nosedive.
DON'T BOTHER CALLING.They never answer the phone, only answer to hang up. Their delivery drivers are absolutely clueless- half the time appear to not know what you ordered or what they are giving you, in fact they seem to be uncertain of their very own existence. Not to mention, they all seem really angry they are delivering pizza or perhaps that people order them - not sure.
Their website list Joel as the manager and gives the store number to reach him at. After multiple attempts of speaking with him, I have to report I don't think he is real or he might be dead and the store associates are running the longest running Weekend at Bernie's Con.
RUDE DELIVERY DRIVERS. I have come to believe that being an rude/angry and condescending middle aged man has become Dominos hiring requirement for all new delivery drivers. Your pizza actually arrived on time when you had little old ladies as your delivery drivers- AND THEY WERE NICE.
Once a delivery driver (not a little old lady) called saying they couldn't get onto the property. When I tried to verify his location because nothing that he was saying to me made sense; he gave me major attitude saying "come on, I come here all the time" only to realize that he was, in fact, not at my house and instead at a completely different address.
Easily 3 out of my 5 last orders, arrived well over an hour after the end estimated delivery time window, were made wrong, and/or arrived cold. Oh you say, cancel the order? Sorry can't because no one answers the phone. Oh ask the delivery driver why your pizza is cold- they will tell you to call the store or as one driver once told me "Go Away." Ummm sir, You drove to me and this is my driveway. Where Shalt I go Pizza Lord ??? Seriously Dominos, where do you want me to go?
NO ONE Should have to wait over 2 hrs for cold pizza. Staring at a black and white print out of a pizza is more satisfying than cold Dominos Pizza.
Dominos should really consider turning this location into...
Read moreThis is not about the food, actually I haven't touched my food yet, as I'm writing this. I made a Domino's carside delivery if that's what it's called and my order was done by 6:12 PM, I arrived and 6:14 PM and followed the instructions through the website to let them know I was there and turned on my hazard lights, 4 minutes later I replied "here" through the message just in case they didn't get the online message. I waited there until 6:29 (I was parked in front of the store). I was getting pretty upset since I'm there wasting fuel just sitting there and time as well, so I drive a bit closer so I can maybe see what was going on, and Inwas signaled to walk inside, I showed them and pointed at my phone to see of they got the message but once again I was signaled inside. So I went in pretty angry and told them I ordered carside delivery and they pointed me to another gentleman and said he would help, he asked "how can I help?" So I showed him the order number on my phone and told him it's supposed to be a carside delivery, he just went into where the orders are kept, grabbed my order, and handed it to me on his hands, our hands actually touched and neither of us were wearing gloves, now can anyone imagine if I would have been positive for covid-19? The gentleman's life and/or others as well could have been put in danger just because they are not doing their job correctly, either that or their system is somehow wrong and someone needs to fix it before their lives are put at greater risks.I was so angry and hungry I just grabbed my stuff and walked off. It is now 6:55 PM and I feel like throwing it away, but I'm so hungry and I've missed Dominos for the past 2 months that I hope it is flavory like it has...
Read moreToday was my last day ordering at Dominos. I ordered for Carside pick up. I ended up going they forgot to do the order. There was a line of ppl waiting. He (Luis) told me to wait 10 more minutes. 10 minutes became 30 min. During that time I saw 3 cakes fall the floor and instead of them throwing it out they put it in the fridge. Disgusting. They also messed up my order he was being careless with the handling of it and dropped part of the order. Didn't apologize. He just went and got someone else's order which wasnt even remotely like mine and tried to give it to me. Thank god I checked and then I saw it and addressed it he instead of saying sorry he was like "oh it'll be another 10 min" I said fine. When I kept looking at each of the items the pizza was missing a topping too and when I brought it up he gave me an attitude and said "oh then it'll be another 20 min" I was like you know what give me a refund. Luis as a team leader cannot manage peak times. What he should've been doing is having another employee in the register and him running or expediting the orders so they would go in order and he can focus on the flow. He didn't care and wasn't friendly or professional. That team needs sanitation training. Because if that was just my view over 50+ min imagine...
