Short version: HANDS DOWN THE BEST KEY LIME PIE I HAVE EVER HAD! 👏 You’ll question every other pie you’ve ever had.

You can easily spot the location by finding the pink Keylime pie stand. Joshua was very kind and greeted us with his signature wave 👋 of welcome. We stopped by without placing an order ahead of time, thankfully there was a whole pie available up for grabs. (Make sure to place an order ahead of time so that you can try the different flavors that might be available.) The pie filling is exactly as described on the menu: not too sweet, not too tart. You definitely taste the key lime, but it’s not the usual strong hit you get with your average pie. The graham cracker crust is amazing, perfectly compact with amazing flavor. You can individually taste and single out ingredients in the pie from the key like to the butter in the crust, evidence of high quality ingredients being used.

Googled best key lime pie Miami not expecting anything less than 50 bucks and this place is amazing! The owner was running the place when I came in and he created different variations of key lime pies in mini forms for only 6.50$ , sooooo reasonably priced for the amazing quality and presentation. I got almost one of each; guava was hands down the fan favorite, coconut is amazing and has shreds of coconut, pistachio was amazing and not too nutty (personal fave), mojito was hands down on point with flavor profile even tasted like it had a slight rum after taste, and classic mango that hit the spot. He also had a huge classic key like pie for only 30$ I googled fireman Derek’s, D’bakers, and other well known bakery’s in Miami and there classic key line was almost 60$. Go support this buisness! This place was recommended to me as a must-try for the best local Key Lime pie and they nailed it! The business is locally owned and has a cute little store front with a case of all kinds of pies on display, both minis and full size. The minis are 4" and perfect size for sharing between two. We went for the classic Key Lime and it was DELICIOUS. Perfectly citrusy, creamy, sweet with a buttery crunchy crust. The gentleman behind the counter helping me was so nice, telling me a bit about the owner's journey and how exciting it is to have a shop now.
