I have been coming to Greenstreet for quite some time now but I could not hold myself back this time and decided to take the time to write a review of my experiences.
Coming to this establishment is always an ease of mind for me; they are remarkably consistent with their food and even on the times I have ventured out of my regular options, I always end up pleased with the quality and delicacy of each dish.
I cannot lie, the burgers are always the most tempting item that immediately catches my eye, and at this point, I believe I have tried all of them. I do have to say that the winner in my heart is their amazing Impossible Burger and truthfully, they could not have chosen a better name for it; it is the most divine, flavorful vegan take on a burger that I have tried in the Miami-restaurant scene. Accompanied by a side of your choice of fries, whether regular, truffled, or sweet potato, you cannot go wrong.
Their broad selection of drinks is delightful and not limited to crafted drinks made to your liking, and although not always, I have been treated to new blends that are not carried on their menu a few times and usually go back to order them for another round.
I could go on and on depicting each one of their top dishes but a few that stand out for me are the following: Mediterranean Plate for starters, Mushroom Ravioli for pasta lovers, Blackened Mahi Mahi if you are in the mood and essentially, any of their burgers will amaze you. Moreover, I deeply encourage new customers not to leave this place without trying their desserts, especially their famous Nutella French Toast with fresh strawberries; simply rich and scrumptious.
In regards to service, I am always very satisfied with all the members of staff; the ambiance is always clean and open, almost like a breath of fresh air and the location itself is quite ideal for parking and even taking a stroll after dining to enjoy the scenery of Coconut Grove.
My rating for this place is naturally a 10 out of 10, based on quality, service, consistency, and overall experience. I guess I don’t have to say much more but I will leave you off with this:
If you are a tourist and find yourself in the Grove, this is the place to go! If you’re a local, you simply have got to love the...
Read moreGreenstreet Cafe has been a staple in my life for over a decade, and I cannot believe I’ve waited this long to give it the glowing review it so richly deserves. This iconic restaurant has consistently provided an experience that goes far beyond just food—it’s a sanctuary of quality, service, and ambiance.
I recently returned after a couple of years away, this time with my fiancé, Frances, and it reminded me why this place has held such a special place in my heart. The moment we walked in, it felt like coming home. The cozy yet vibrant atmosphere was as inviting as ever, with its unique blend of charm and energy that makes it perfect for any occasion, whether it’s a casual brunch or a celebratory dinner.
The food was nothing short of phenomenal. Every dish was crafted to perfection, bursting with flavor, and made with the kind of care that’s rare to find. Greenstreet Cafe has always been known for its creative menu and high-quality ingredients, and they continue to exceed expectations. From the rich, hearty breakfasts to the decadent desserts, every bite was a reminder of the culinary excellence this place consistently delivers.
The service? Impeccable. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely friendly. It’s clear that they take pride in making every guest feel valued and well-cared-for. It’s the little things—like remembering small details or offering personalized recommendations—that truly set Greenstreet apart.
What really struck me this time was how much the overall experience resonated with me. Greenstreet Cafe isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a place where memories are made. Sitting there with Frances, enjoying a perfect meal, I couldn’t help but wonder why it had been so long since my last visit. I realized that Greenstreet has been a constant in a city that’s always changing—a comforting reminder of quality, consistency, and community.
So, to Greenstreet Cafe, thank you for over a decade of amazing experiences. You’ve set the standard for what a neighborhood gem should be, and I can’t wait to come back again and again. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. This place is a treasure, and anyone lucky enough to dine here is in...

Party of 3, Tuesday, January 3rd, 2023 9:42 AM Parking on street and parking lots for a fee (no free or validated parking anywhere for this area or restaurant). Greeted and seated immediately, sat outdoors curbside (shaded with umbrellas), drink order taken as we sat and we ordered a cappuccino, iced hazelnut latte with sprinkled cinnamon. Placed food order and received it in about 10-20 mins. Everything was picture perfect, delicious and filling. We had scrambled eggs with ham/swiss cheese with plain bagel and potatoes, scrambled eggs with swiss cheese with everything bagel and potatoes, and two giant plain pancakes (pancakes look massive but it's a good portion as the 8 year old ate 95% of it). Service was on point and made the latte suggestion for me as I'm not a huge coffee drinker but was in need of some and I needed iced coffee not hot at the moment so the iced hazelnut latte was perfection and refreshing. Enjoyed our Tuesday morning breakfast in the New Year. We've been coming here, continue to come here and will...
