As Salvadoreños and Mexicans, we’ve had our fair share of authentic pupusas, even traveling to El Salvador to experience the real deal, but this blue pupusa truck blew us away! Without a doubt, these are some of the best pupusas we’ve ever had.

We ordered three pupusas revueltas and three pupusa tacos de asada, and every single bite exceeded our expectations. The fillings were generous and perfectly balanced from end to end, with a rich, savory flavor that embodied everything a true pupusa should be.
