La birria King — Restaurant in Miami

The food is good, unfortunately the team working the food truck on Sundays are unprofessional, racist & have poor hygiene when it comes to food handling. Out of all 3 visits to this food truck and always the same issues, if your not Latino or Hispanic, maybe I looked too Caucasian, the service is terrible! If you don't want to serve me because my skin is not dark enough then just put up a sign or say soo. Always told that there is a wait time of 30-45 min for 4 tacos & 1 quesadilla, even when there is only 1 person in line and no one else is around, treated & spoken to with strong disdain, told that my order would be ready in 30min, when I came back the guy with long black hair told me " I'm not gonna lie cuz, I forgot about your order" then proceeds to make everyone else's orders before they even start on mine... it's one thing if this happened once or twice, but every time! The second time I went there I did notice the guy with long black hair sweating all over the food with his hair getting on the food prep surfaces, he then proceeds to whipe the sweat from his face with a wet towel and wipes his hands with the same towel and not wash his hands or put on gloves. I believe it's also because of this that I am given horrendous service, because I asked them to wash their hands or put on gloves when handling and cooking my order. Last time I went there it was the exact same racist service and poor hygiene practices when handling food. Waited soo long and was told that they ran out of chicken&beef when asked why my order was not ready after 30min wait time. Had such high hopes for this food truck... unfortunately I would NOT recommend this food truck to anyone, there are far better places and food trucks for tacos in South Florida. Without the food safety violations, racism, and that are not located in a sketchy neighborhood in Miami where one feels unsafe...

This is probably the best Taco truck I've ever been to, and there's a lot of them here in Miami. The quality of the food is great, the service is great, and just about everything about it (including the flavor) honestly beats most of the taco trucks and restaurants I have been to.
