La llorona Mexican Food — Restaurant in Miami

I had an event at my house, and I hired La Llorona for the catering. To say that I’m beyond impressed is an understatement. From the moment I contacted them and got in touch with Camila, the communication was on point. She helped me plan everything; the menu that was both regular, vegetarian and vegan, she came to my house to check out the space and guaranteed me that whether they set up outside or inside (if it rained) that they could accommodate it, she asked for my decorations color palette to match with their decorations. We did have to have it all inside, and they set up everything beautifully on my kitchen island with their authentic Mexican serving plates, plants, lights, and signage for everything. We had appetizers and tacos; the tacos were made to order, and all of the meats and vegan option (my favorite) were so tasty. They also served one of the yummiest horchatas I’ve had. They were also willing to stay a little longer if needed, they packed everything for me and cleaned up. It was such a production, yet when they were done it was as if nothing happened. I want to make sure everyone knows this is a legit review, so if anyone needs to contact me, please do; they deserve this review and all the success in the world. My daughter and I specifically asked for plain chicken tacos and when we received the tacos with onions. I couldn’t believe how sad the tacos looked so sad and gross!! They literally charged us $13 for 3 tiny tacos and $4 for the lowest grade shredded cheese. I asked kindly if we could get our money back and was given a nasty attitude is response. Then I asked if she could exchange the tacos and she refused to work with me around the situation. Customer service is not...
