Mama's Pizza — Restaurant in Miami

I ordered a chef's salad and they gave me a Caesar salad. When I called to let them know my order was wrong I spoke to the man that I ordered with. He told me that he acknowleges that my order was wrong. They made no attempts to correct my order. He then hung up the call and at that point it was trying to catch someone to talk to. Then a woman answered after we called from a different number speaking Spanish only as if I didn't speak Spanish. She told me their ordering process was only Spanish and I told her she was lying because I ordered my order in English with a gentleman. My experience in this establishment was phenomenal. I arrived there earlier today with a partner to discover a new restaurant and to check it out and I was not let down. As I opened the door I was pleasantly greeted by the owner’s daughter and was given a seat. The environment is very comfortable and gives a nostalgic feeling to those raised or with a Cuban family. I ordered the supreme and pepperoni pizza, both did not disappoint and are far better than any other fast food pizzeria out there. I ordered on the phone from my hotel room. Ordered a small meat lovers and wings with fries. The guy told me the order would be 45 minutes or less. The food arrived 1:40 minutes later after 3 times I had to call back. The pizza was cold and so were the wings. The pizza was undercooked and absolutely not even 1/2 percent like a New York pizza as they say New York style. Wings had no taste at all. As per the menu my bill should have been 18.90 but when it got to my room my bill was 30!!!! Supposedly taxes and delivery charges which are not on the menu.
