As someone who worked in Hospitality & Specialized in Customer Service I leave this comment... On my most recent visit to this McDonald's - Store # 7296 : I will say that Mgr. Concepción, has improved her Customer Service Demeanor & Attitude 100%...👌 Yet & Unfortunately, there are other Evening/Management that still are lacking in their ability to control certain Nasty & very Foul Mouthed employees... I do want to comment on specifically, 3 recent New & Young hires . Two Young Men, one by the name of Luis...and one Young Lady, who usually work evenings and attend as Cashier...Who in my experience can tell you have been by far the best & most recent hires, as far as excellent Customer Service Treatment...👍 These 3 young recent hires have better Customer Service Demeanor & Attitude than any of the Store Managers... Last & Most Important Observation @ this specific McDonald's Store # 7296 : (( A Severe ⚠️ Warning )) And to all who plan to bring your Family especially, Senior Citizens & Young Children... This specific Store/Restaurant ALLOWS & TOLERATES... DRUG ADDICT'S & DRUNK'S to hang out and even consume their DRUGS & ALCOHOL in their very own lobby ... Owners & Management are fully aware of this and simply turn a blind eye and do absolutely nothing about it.... So keep this in mind, if you are planning to bring your Family or Children for these DRUG ADDICT'S & ALCOHOLIC'S are always present at this establishment and carry on & DO NOT...
Read moreSoon I arrived at the drive thur, I waited for a while and did not receive a greeting. I had to ask several time to have someone respond that I was outside waiting. Finally got someone on the line of the intercom. The person started asking me what I would like and he did not bother to say thank you for waiting or sorry for the wait. I went ahead to placed the order, however when placing the drink they mentioned they don't have the Dr Pepper. I find this odd since they mentioned the same thing to me 2 weeks ago. When I finished ordering I went to the window to provide the exact amount. I provided the bill however as soon I did the guy just ignore me and was then chatting with a young female coworker. After trying to get his attention and calling out several times, he then closed the register and proceeded to provide me with my change full of dimes. I said I was calling to provide exact amount so he would not provide with coins back. He said he can't open the register since he is not the manager and proceeded to hand me the change and wanting me...
Read moreMy daughter ordered a salad & 2 double cheeseburgers from the McDonald's on SW 8th Street and 29th Avenue viaje UBER EATS, to be delivered to our house. The UBER EATS driver got lost, we spoke twice, provided directions to the house. The driver said my daughter never picked up the phone, which is a big fat, blatatant LIE! Called McDonald's several times to speak with the Restaurant Manager,but no one answered the phone.
Wrote to UBER EATS, complaining of the driver not delivering the food, waiting for an answer from UBER. UBER EATS charged my daughter's account inmediately but didn't deliver the food and my daughter didn't eat dinner after being charged $19.
If both UBER EATS and McDonald's would employ competent, hard working people who are also responsible and honest all of this wouldn't have hapenned.
Lousy, horrible customer service, non existen.
Hopefully both McDonald's and UBER EATS, will refund my daughter's money and compensate her for the agony and suffering she...
