Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Miami

This place lost me as a customer. About a month ago we ordered a pizza at 10:30. Around 11:45 it still had not arrived. Called to try get an ETA but was put on hold 3 times. After, the person on the phone said it will be there soon and not to worry and then hung up. Had to call back and say its not OK. They replied "he is arriving now" and put me on hold again. Called back on another line to complain and they offered me a free pizza on my next order. Tonight we decided to call in and make sure we had the pizza credit on the account as we were going to order several pizzas and why not get one free. The manager remembered us and said "not to worry, it is on the account, just provide your info and anyone taking the order will know." We called back 5 minutes later once we knew what we wanted order and no one had any idea what we were talking about. Every time we mentioned the free pizza we were put on hold. every time someone else would answer the phone and we had to explain everything again. No one knew the manager we just spoke to and could not ask anyone else if they knew what we were calling about... they simply would just put us on hold and someone else would pick up and the process would start over. 26 minutes later we just gave up. Today I placed an order to pick up a pizza and some chicken wings and while I was waiting in the parking lot behind the restaurant I saw that there were two cars parked facing the right way in the handicapped space. One car was a black Kia Sportage and the other was a gray Toyota Rav4, both cars belong to employees of the restaurant and neither one had a permit to park in that space so I called the city of Miami department to do something. While I was waiting for my pizza an employee came out of the restaurant and referred to me in an aggressive manner telling me that I had to move my car so he could move the Kia Sportage and telling me that if I didn't move they wouldn't serve me. I didn't move because I was parked properly, after this the employee went to the restaurant and the 2 managers of the restaurant came out (2 large and tall women) telling me to leave and that they weren't going to give me my order. I entered through the main door to demand my order because I had already paid for it. After a few minutes of arguing they decided to give me the food. They also told me that it was their restaurant and they decided what to do. This is unacceptable. People like that should not run a restaurant, much less work...

I tried. I really tried. I’ve ordered from here over 10 times and each time I get a few things, but every single time the cheese pizza has been abysmal. After the first few times of getting a plain cheese pizza I tried ordering extra cheese, I tried ordering extra of the extra cheese, I tried ordering the NY style special, and it always comes exactly the same, barely any cheese whatsoever and overcooked. This is at least 10 times over the last year and I’m not exaggerating. The only reason I kept ordering is because I’ve heard it’s the “healthier” of the fast food pizza options (I know how that sound but that not what this is about), but it’s also significantly more expensive than dominoes, and they can’t get a plain cheese pizza right!!! I’m going back to dominoes because you get “better” “tasting” and “looking” pizza for half the price, and you don’t get ripped off when you ask for extra cheese. I’ll miss the garlic...
