AT&T Store — Local services in Miami

Came in today to have my plan changed no one knew how to do it in this store they gave me the runaround and then told me that they couldn't do it that it was impossible to do went to the store on Bird Road and the Palmetto they did it within 3 minutes I believe this store needs to train their employees better or have them not try to just make commission off of every sale and focus more on customer service this store was a waste of time and the employees were not informative and look like they were lost themselves again they need...

I had an amazing experience at this AT&T store! Rolando, Lenin, and Zulai provided outstanding customer service. They were extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, making sure I got exactly what I needed. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions with a great attitude.
