Put in an order online and made the pickup/curbside time for 2:20pm. I pulled in the Subway at 2:25 and after waiting 10pm, I decided to walk in to find only 1 worker. She stated how she was the only person there, she was new and had been working for only 5 days and that everyone else had left to go home. Being considerate, I told the girl that I would leave but return about 20-25min later since there was a couple cars in the drive-thru. I returned 30min later to find the store was empty of customers but my order had yet to be started. It took the girl another 15min or so to make my order. When she gave me my bag I asked if I could kindly have a small to-go drink for my inconvenience. She then told me that if she done such a thing that she would be fired. Considering the circumstances, the girl done her best but come on Subway, if a customer has to wait for an hour just for a couple sandwiches, then at least make it worth there while for the wait. A small drink or something extra is not going to break your bank. Your advertisement of ordering online and skipping the line in this case was actually false. Needless to say, after I got home and opened up the bag, both sandwiches were incorrectly made. This experience was truly a disaster and disappointment. Read moreI placed an online order and was given a wait time of 15 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes later and was told that they were busy and would be making my order soon. I sat down to wait for them to call my name. I sat at a booth, played a game on my phone, and listened to the employees complain about being busy and blaming the night shift for not doing any prep work, and telling each other that this was going to be their last day. I looked at the time and noticed that I'd been waiting for about 30 minutes, so I got up to ask the same person about my order again, and lol and behold I saw it was sitting on the counter behind her instead of on the order pick up rack. I told her my name and asked if that was my order and she picked it up, dropped it on the counter, and slid my drink to me without a word. Judging by the cold toasted sandwich and melted ice in my drink (which wasn't even the drink that I ordered) it had been sitting there, misplaced, before I had arrived.. Read moreI have had nothing but bad experiences at our local subway, but I decided to give them one more try. I placed an order on the app at 6:45pm. App confirmed that my order was ready. When I walked in the worker said, "I will be right with you, but we are out of everything." I proceeded to tell her I placed an order on the app and she was so rude and told me she didn't have an order. Another worker came out of the back, and they found my ticket. They then proceed to tell me they can't make what I ordered because they are out of chicken. I then asked about steak, and they said they were out of that too. I then asked for a refund and was told that I would have to come back or call the next day because they couldn't help with that. Since then, I have tried calling multiple times to try to resolve this, but I can never get through.
