Koli was the only dispensary in NE Oklahoma that I would give my stamp of approval. Up until last night 12/11/22 around 9:45pm. This dispensary was the only storefront that I can find the Featured Farm prerolls, I am a very loyal customer to this location. Iāve always been treated with upmost respect and wonderful customer service, up until last night. I lost quite a bit of respect for this shop when the night budtender vocally disrespected me because of his own lack of knowledge. This individual made it out as if I was uneducated, when turns out he just didnāt know his inventory as a budtender should. I am highly disappointed in Koliās choice of staff past 4pm, as the morning shift seems to be the only time worth shopping here. At the time of payment I take out my card & two budtenders start talking about how the card reader only does transactions in denominations of 20s & Iāll be getting back the overage in cash. The card reader prints out a receipt that the bud tender grabbed immediately before I could look at it. As heās doing his thing I pull a 2nd receipt on my own & see a nearly $4 charge for using my card. Then Iām handed the store receipt that doesnāt match the true amount processed because its also missing the card fee. A customer should be WELL informed about added fees. As well a customer should also be WELL informed they will be provided a real receipt as well as a false receipt. Iāve never had such an experience at any other dispensary. It hasnāt stopped beeping since it was found. So I said I was gonna come grab it. Well the place is closed but they answer the phone.
