On April 11, 2021 at approximately 6:30pm, I order a sandwich and cookie from the app. Unfortunately, it was not until I received the confirmation email that I realize that the order was sent to the wrong shop. I immediately opened the app, and tried to cancel the order and no where on the app. could the order be cancelled. As to not waste time I called the restaurant and no one would answer the telephone. I called no less than 10 times and let it ring at least 20 times. Finally, after about 15 minutes of insistence a lady answered the phone and when I gave her my name all she said was it is ready. I tried several times to explained that the order went to the wrong restaurant and all she would say was, "I cannot return your money" , "I cannot return your money". Even though I tried to explain that I tried to cancel and it would not allow me to, she kept saying, "I cannot return the money". At one point she said call my boss, tomorrow, no Wednesday before 11:00am. Conclusion, it is $10.00 order but how many other people have had the same issue and just accepted the fact that they lost $10.00. That is why Subway is the conglomerate and I just a simple consumer that has lost my hard worked $10.00. Definitely these franchises need more training with customer service skills and the app as well as the website needs to be revised to be able to cancel orders. Then again this is probably where Subway makes the easy money. Before hitting order on any app make sure you have everything correct, because in today society the customer always losses.

Read moreThis place has gone to the trash before they remodeled the store they used to run a lot better with a Russian lady inside, now after the remodeling, the service has gone down, they got 2 lazy Cuban ladies inside that likes to close the store earlier than usual. With this visit it would be the 3rd time I come and find the store closed before the scheduled shown on Google. The owner clearly gave up on the schedule as well as the workers. Read moreI rate this place a 2 out of 5 because they had lettuce that was going bad and I asked for fresh lettuce because Subway promotes the “EAT FRESH” slogan and the lady told me that no she didn’t have and the worst part was that she said the rest of the lettuce in the back was the same meaning they needed to get rid of it but were continuing to use it for the previous orders and future ones too.
