Wendy's — Restaurant in Miami

This is the most unpleasant and despicable Wendy's i've ever stepped foot into . The meal was good but as i was eating a mentally challenged women comes in , as she approaches the cashier she looks at the menu undecided for her meal . when she finally orders she was being very intricate and repetitive over ''Fries Fries ! '' . Then the poor women still waits for her food after approximately 5 minutes passed , not only that but i noticed several employees in the back intimidating her repeating '' Fries Fries ! '' and there was no manager to be found , she still waited helplessly after the employees were taunting and laughing at her , so she went up to the cashier and demanded her meal immediately after she noticed they were delaying it on purpose . that being said i dont want these people serving my or any other customer's food again after what i saw today , these people are nasty , very rude and disgusting to do that to a poor lady , im sure there have been other...

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. When I got to the speaker I asked if I could place two separate orders as the person I was ordering for needed their own receipt, the man on the speaker said that he would only accept one order. I asked if there was a way to place 2 orders (there were no other cars behind me and it was not busy at all) the man hesitated and said “what’s the first order?” (In a rude tone, but I proceeded) I placed my orders and went to the window. The man charged me for each order separately and then gave me one receipt. I asked “is there a way to also have the receipt for the first order?” He said “everything is on one receipt”. I usually don’t speak up as I am a little socially shy but I said “but I asked for two separate orders. Specifically for two receipts”. The man just stared at me. This location consistently has very rude employees working. Their disgruntlement is even evident in the way they handle the food. Just an overall...

Horrible customer service!! It is dead noon on a Saturday . I have a 30 min break not a single customer other than me in the building and only 1 car in the drive thru with 7 employees. NOT one Employee says “hello, be right with you!” Or “One moment please”. I stood there for 5 mins at least 6 employees looked me dead in the eyes and didnt move from their spot crowded around the checkout window. Mind you only one guy is actually getting food prepped and the other 6 looking and talk to each other. I was also going to politely let them know about the bathrooms not having paper towels. But i guess thats where i should have started and stopped when it came to this wendys. This place only gets worst by the weeks and employees expect to get paid 15 bucks a hour to be on their phones and chat amongst one another. I would have been fired if i was caught on my phone during open business hours in front of customers. Let alone huddled together...
