I honestly wanted to be a VIP customer but upon using the product designed to reduce and / or eliminate crepey skin on arms, legs, necks, etc. I was less than impressed especially for the price. Believe me, I actually ordered 6 jars I was so hopeful.

Once I decided after serious use of the product, to cancel future orders, I called the company and asked that they take me out of their system completely. I thought this was made perfectly clear.

I subsequently received another order of SIX Age Defying Lift & Firm Cream that I DID NOT ORDER. The company made it very clear that I did place the order but it was impossible since on the date the order(s) were placed I was in the hospital undergoing SPINE SURGERY. So you're with me now?

Again, I called the MiamiMD company, explained this to them but the refused to acknowledge that I could not have placed the order on this date. But, I could send the shipment back which I plan to do immediately. The company did reverse the charge on my card. But here's where it gets interesting. I called my credit card company to discuss whether to cancel my card or what specifically to do to prohibit any and all future orders that I do not intend on ordering. The American Express folks in the fraud department informed me that on the day this order was placed, (while I am in the hospital), the order placer attempted to charge the same amount of $240.00 FOUR MORE TIMES. Fortunately these attempts were all declined by my card company. I called MiamiMD back to let them know they may have fraud and theft going on in their company. My wallet with my credit cards was with me at the hospital. My husband is almost 80 years of age and really would not order these products unless they help his golf game and my children live in other states.

I write this review to tell you, the products I used were at the very least underwhelming, the company is an absolute nightmare to deal with and somebody within the organization may be hitting your card up with malicious intent.

So, regarding MiamiMD, I hope the doctor and or management reads this review and contacts me because Frank, in customer service, so frustrating to communicate with, was not worth trying to get this information in the correct hands at all.

She ruined my face and does not want to take responsibility. Back in 2014 she burned me with the hair laser removal machine. At the time I told her no worries we will figure it out and I did not freaked out about it. She told me she was happy I took it so well. I spent so much money on her and now I truly regret it. I spent thousand of dollars on acne treatment and hair laser that all failed. Did nothing on me except age my skin. I stopped going to her since her treatments did not work me. 4 years later I still have the scar on my face. I thought with time it would disappear. I asked to have it looked at and now she is saying I’m a liar and I could had got that scar somewhere else. This makes me feel extremely upset. Also the two clowns that work for her lie about stupid things over the phone. It took me over a week to get an answer. They kept making up fake excuses. One told me that they had to figure out a plan on how they were going to work on my face. I figured that’s a lie. How can they work on a plan with out seeing me first. After a week of no answer they told me she was out of town. Today they hit me with the I’m a liar and they are not responsible. Stay away from this people they lie and will ruin your face. If she half way cared about her patients she would had fix her bad work for FREE and took responsibility for...
