McDonald's — Restaurant in Michigan City

The Worst McDonald’s in Michigan City, Indiana by far!!!! ALWAYS long lines in the Drive Thru; Can Never hear the person taking your order because of ALL the background noise inside the place; MOST of the people who work in the drive thru are RUDE & Very Unprofessional; 9 Times Out Of 10 the Order is NOT Correct!!! I’ve even had Managers who bagged my food & handed me the bag and STILL was NOT Correct, Meaning Items were Left Out of my bag that I had Ordered & Already PAID for. The Pick Up Window is probably the worst, they NEVER Close/shut the Bag Prior to handing it to me (who wants Warm Food, right?); they NEVER put Any Napkins in the bag and I do NOT think they even check the bag prior to handing it to the customer. So then when I pull up and check the bag, I am then Forced to Now Go Inside OR go Back through the drive thru, Waste my Time & my Gas and NEVER get an Apology nor any type of a Professional Locally Owned Business who WANTS to Keep their customers, say like maybe offer a free drink or a free fry OR Something for the customers inconvenience and time. NOPE! NOTHING! EVER!! While I am at the Pick Up Window I usually find out about ALL of the Employee’s Plans for that Evening or for that Weekend. Apparently it is More Important to the employees that they discuss who and where oh & What they are “bout to do” tonight or the party they are going to attend, Rather then Ensuring that they have Done their JOB Correctly. I would have to say that the person who works at the Pay Window is probably the BEST Employee that I have encountered at this McDonalds Location, on Franklin Street in M.C. Indiana. I respect McDonald's I know that they help people eat food especially people who don't have a lot of money and can't eat at fancy restaurants or just need a quick bite but every time I go to a McDonald's the hamburgers are always moderately warm like they've been sitting for a while forget the chicken tenders are always stale in my opinion and I sat in there one time with my friends and their young children I got on my phone and it was hacked I called McDonald's later in the week to tell them and they wouldn't accept the fact that this happened in their restaurant until I call the regional manager and finally they realize probably someone came in and was hacking people's phones which is exactly what happened you know your phone is hacked in McDonald's when you go to look at something and it keeps going back to a different page it's like your phone is taken over so beware Wi-Fi is not free LOL and be careful when you order hot drinks they are very hot some women got burned by the hot coffee that happened to me also at Wendy's I've never been back there since it can be very dangerous just true ...
