No need to go to some fancy restaurants for a few drinks and dinner. Stadium Inn looks like some corner bar, pretty unassuming. Service is top notch. No tiny drinks(yes, they have shots)and food that was plentiful and cooked perfectly. They have a pretty extensive regular menu. Daily specials. Seven of us barged in on a Friday night. Specials were AYCE (all you can eat) Pollock also Prime Rib. Fish was perfectly cooked and so typically a Midwest fish fry. Two had Prime Rib, yes one got an end cut. They both got the small cut and commented that that was a generous serving. The Ribeye steak sandwich or with hand cut fries had a lot of mushrooms and onions. Wonderful meal at decent prices. Looking forward to going back.

Went here based on food reviews we saw and looking for something to try for dinner. The bartender was awesome, super nice guy! The place seemed a bit small and closed earlier than expected but it was a nice little spot overall and pretty close to the lake too. The food was....eh ok. Definitely didn't live up to the reviews or expectations, though the pricing was decent for what you got.

I love Italian beef, so almost every Friday I order that, except for the past 2 months due to the quality and quantity of what I am paying for. I decided to try again today and I was once again disappointed. My sandwich is mostly bun. The bigger piece has barely any meat on it. They constantly change cooks so maybe they don't know what they are doing.

I have been a customer and friend to the entire Stadium Inn family for more years then I can remember. I am now ,and have always been treated as family. I have lived out of state for many years now , but I come to MC several times a year to visit my daughter and my grandkids. You will never be treated as anything but a friend, and you will also enjoy the fresh, homemade menu. When I'm in town , this is where I spend my available time. Its always my 1st stop when...

When we first entered, it had a strong odor of tobacco smoke (bar is attached). Second, it was very cold. There was no where to sit where when the door was opened it brought in the cold air. I got the ribeye on garlic bread that was supposed to be medium but was very done and dry although there were no bad places which surprised me. The cut fries were pretty good. Husband got the nachos which was huge. The problem was the chips. Probably will...
