My mom just went here to pick us up food. About 6:45- 4/4/17, and Order a meal for me and just a hamburger for herself. They made her pull forward out of the drive through to wait for her food, even tho there was no one in line, and she said no body came through the drive through while she waited. They brought her out the food, she quickly looked and thought everything was there, but when she got home she was pretty upset that her burger wasn't in there. I've worked in fast food so I know that things like that are bound to happen, mistakes are inevitable, but she paid $3.50 for a burger and didn't get it, so she should be compensated in some way. So, she called the number on the bag and waited for 20 minutes on hold- all while still not having any food- and gave up, hung up the phone and called the store. She told the girl what happened, and the workers response was- "ok well you can come get it.. or we can send you a coupon.. " and she was very rude. If a customer had called me while I worked at subway because I had forgotten to put something in their bag, I would have been apologizing up the wall, and telling them they can come in and get the sandwhich they paid for as well as a couple free cookies. This worker never once said sorry, never offered any thing for her trouble and having to come all the way back to the store to get something she paid for. And when my mother said, 'well I don't have any thing to eat now, so I have to come back.' The woman responded, 'well, you have to come back TONIGHT.." so yeah, it's nice to know that is how MC DQ takes care of their mistakes. Makes customers pay for something they don't give them and then says they can get a coupon or they must return that same night or get nothing at all. Honestly, it wouldn't have been that bad if the worker hadn't been so rude on the phone and had apologized at least ONCE. Read moreI went today on one of the first really warm days of the year so I knew it would be busy. I placed a fairly large order online. I waited for about 10 minutes to get up to the counter to let the staff know we were there for our order. They said that they were still getting at ready which was no big deal. Another 10 minutes goes by and they handed us all of our ice cream but were still working on the food. After about another 10 minutes they gave us our food which means our ice cream was already starting to melt. I go through our order and notice there was a hot dog missing so I had to get back in line to wait to tell someone. Finally tell a very nice lady she gets her hot dog and now we're at about 25 minutes that are ice cream has been out and just getting our food which isn't great because the ice cream is pretty melted. I get all the way home get everybody there order and give my 6-year-old her hamburger. Turns out they messed up that part of the order and gave her some five alarm fire spicy cheeseburger. I didn't notice it until she came running up to me spitting the food out telling me her tongue was burning. Now I have a 6-year-old without her food because there no way for her to eat that. I ended up giving her my food and I was unable to eat the burger they mistakenly gave her. Bottom line... maybe there's a better way to go about the "to go" orders or maybe keeping the cold treats cold until the food comes out? It's just disappointing when you spend $100 (have a large family) for melted ice cream and an incorrect order. Read moreMy friend and I were driving around coming from the beach and he noticed that the dairy queen was still open.. and he seriously wanted a Chocolate malt, We turned alllll the way around for the purpose of buying a Chocolate malt! I ended up getting a small Sundae with a completely different flavor than which I really wanted ....(I wanted to have butterscotch on top )and they were outta butterscotch sundae syrup so I substituted for caramel instead(I figured it was close enough🙄🤷🏾♀️) .I rated it only two stars because my friend turned all the way around and drove back for the purpose of getting a Chocolate malt and I wanted a LARGE vanilla ice cream w/ BUTTERSCOTCH& peanuts sundae instead I had to substitute for "SMALL CARAMEL" but at least I got something close to what I wanted... but my friend was flustered because he didn't get to get his CHOCOLATE MALT because they were out of malts! completely out of them...
