Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Middle Township

I visited this Chipotle on 08/13/2024. Erica took my order and she was nice and attentive. However, the barbacoa and carnitas tacos were SUPER SALTY :( and the supply was really low.... even the vegetables... not sure if they were running out but did not look very inviting or appealing. My order was to go so I found out how salty the tacos were only when I got home.... sadly, I could not even eat them. Glad I also ordered the steak which was less salty. Ordered steak bowl for my kids. They are out of steak so we decide to wait. Check in 7 minutes later and they say it's almost ready. Come back 5 minutes later after I hear someone call out steak. I get there and they sold out all the steak and my kids half prepped bowl is nowhere to be found. I ask what happened and everyone just looks around and ignored us. They had to start cooking from scratch again. What's worse than their lack of customer attention is the lack of management to take care of clients. Rio definitely deserves a better rating than court house. I’ve been to the court house chipotle 3 times and every time the customer service sucked and the food always looks like it’s been sitting in those pans untouched for hours. I hate feeling like I bothered someone when I order… anyway. Rio was fast and friendly and the food was fresh. The staff was cool and inviting I just wish I had gotten their names.
