The purchase of my order was a very pleasant experience. Lee our salesman was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and made buying our mattresses easy. The delivery experience turned out to be a bad experience. It started out well, the men arrived early in the scheduled window and were courteous and did a good job getting the order in a and up to the third floor. The problem started after they left. One of the twin beds was not assembled correctly. We were moving the bed to start putting the sheets, etc. on. I noticed the that one set of the cross members were not connected. the were hanging down. I looked to see if I could fix the problem easily, but could not. I had the cell phone numbers of one of the men who called me on my cell when they arrived. I sent a text message and asked them if they could come back or should I call the store where I purchased the beds. I did not get a response and after about 45 minutes I called Lee ate the store. He was very helpful and said he would contact the dispatcher and see what the problem was. He called me back after about an hour and asked me if I had heard from anyone. I did not. He said he would contact the dispatcher again and called me back. When he called back he said one bed was missing clips on the cross member and the installers had told me that. That was not true, I was not told. Lee then told me that they could not return on Saturday to fix it, they were busy and would not be back until Sunday. I told Lee that was unacceptable, I was having my family come visit and needed those beds safe to sleep in by Sunday night. He said he would see what he could do and I got a electronic- call saying the installers would be back on Saturday afternoon. 2-1/2 weeks ago we ordered six mattresses and two boxsprings to the tune of about $4000 at the store in Cape May Courthouse, NJ. Delivery went as planned, but we forgot to order an additional boxspring we needed. So yesterday I went back to the store. There were three other customers in the store when I arrived and only one salesman. What should have been a simple 5 to 10 minute transaction turned into a half hour long struggle because I had a $100 in-store coupon I wanted to use and the salesman did not know how to apply it. After calling his manager and two other stores, the coupon could still not be applied, and was now showing as already having been redeemed. I paid for the boxspring in full and I left, feeling bad that the other customers had been waiting so long. My hope is to apply the coupon to a pillow or something else at a different store. Read moreI had done my research on what mattress I wanted went to the store to try out the bed I liked was going to go home and place order at home i decided to let the salesman do the paper work the store was empty so we sat down I did not ask for any discount because I was happy with everything he then ask if I like the pillow on the bed he could sell me one I did need a new pillow so I said yes he told me the pillow was 50 but he would give it to me for 35 sure I was happy. The next day I was checking the internet for reviews on the pillow which I should have done first and found out they cost 25 on line from there site so now I feel like he took advantage of my good nature to screw me out of 10 dollars really, why its 10 just doce not make any sense to me but I'm not happy.
