Arnie's Clubhouse Grill — Restaurant in Middleburg Heights

WORSE pizza and wings EVER! The wings were burnt and the pizza sauce tasted like canned tomato paste! NO seasonings in the sauce and the crust? Geezzzz - seemed like it was some sort of store bought, pre-shaped plain bread crust. The wings - 1 lb for $9.99 and they were BRUNT! Won't be going back THERE for food! Oh, and the service (we arrived at about 4:55 on a Friday) was pretty much non-existant. never got refills for our drinks and when we gave her the cash for the check, we waited, and waited and WAITED for our change! Another waitress came and asked us if we were ok (and and THEN asked us if we wanted refills) and we said we were STILL waiting for our change! Pizza was $10.99 and not only was it horrible, the onions were in big pieces and RAW! Don't bother...

Never even got to taste the food. There were two people working in the entire restaurant—a server and a cook. Server was keeping us apprised that the cook still hadn’t put the food in yet. She gave us 3 of these updates. She said that she would be happy to help him, but he was refusing her help. There was a large party ahead of us (the only other people in the restaurant) that looked as miserable as we were waiting on their food—30 minutes at this point. After 40 minutes, I popped back by the serving window to tell the server to just cancel the order, which he STILL had not put in the fryer.

It was chicken tenders and fries.

Stopped in for dinner last Friday. Started off with a large salad, which for around 7 dollars consisted of a ton of iceberg lettuce, a few slivers of tomato, and some cold pepperoni slices. That's it. Total disappointment. Then ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pizza that came with floppy pepperoni, a small amount of canned mushrooms, and a pitifully small amount of cheese.
