I was invited for a get together with my co workers our table was on the patio I waited roughly 30 minutes before even being approached by any server then when finally asked what we wanted to drink we asked for menus as well figuring we would order everything at once since it took 30min alone just to be recognized the server didnt even let me finish looking at the menu before asking for it back. The food came out at room temp not even hot. The atmosphere was uncomfortable do to the racial slurs by other costumers that seemed appalled at the fact multiple ethnicities were at the same table. At the end I left a low tip because of the poor experience I had. I was then approached by the server who addressed me infront of my co workers an the other customers who were on the patio questioning the tip I had given very rude very unprofessional and I'm appalled further more never felt so disrespected and belittled. Remind you I waited 30min before even being noticed secondly I was there for maybe a little over hour an half an had poor service an was uncomfortable and to be confronted regarding the tip I left was extremely ignorant. I work in the service/bartending industry and never ever have I done nor experienced anything like I did tonight never and it disgust me that the servers felt it was okay to do what they did. I am considering taking further measures I've already spoke with one manager and I will be going back to see how the situation was handled after the holidays. It's sad enough every time me an my co workers pick up food we get staired at as If we dont belong. And to save any more attention being drawn to myself an my table I handed the server a 20 and all together she got a 14.00 dollar tip for 60.00 bill in which again we ordered everything at one time cause we sat there for half hour before even being noticed and at that time the patio was not full. Just appalled and saddens me that this treatment is allowed at a so called family bar grill restaurant where everyone is suppose to...

Good place to eat. Have decent prices and half price pizza on Wednesday and Saturday. The staff is for the most part friendly but the girl at the bar with long black hair (I think her name was Tia???) Was a total control freak over the juke box... They have an app where you can buy credits on your phone and play any song on the juke box without getting up, alot of places have these players and are great. However she will turn the volume all the way down on songs SHE doesn't like and way up on songs SHE likes... Not fair if you ask me. She is constantly messing with the volume rather than focusing on serving the customers. Doesn't see right if you are paying for a service and one person isn't into a song you pick basically turns it off... I mean it is a bar right??? Shouldn't music be on all the time? We asked the waitress several times to turn the music back up then the girl behind the bar would turn it back right back down then got annoyed and put the controller in her apron then hid it behind the bar.... What a waste of money, had about 10 songs that were appropriate for bar music and only heard half of one. If she doesn't like music maby she shouldn't work at a bar! Other than that it is a nice atmosphere and family friendly the pizza was delicious and the waitress with the short dark hair was terrific very attentive and kept the drinks full. I would go back but will leave if the girl with the long black hair is there, i really like to listen to good music with my pizza and she kinda ruined the mood. It would get really quiet and awkward then really loud. Can't punish the entire place over one person but she seemed very abrasive and didn't interact well with the customers, she needs to focus more on doing her job and being nicer rather than messing with the radio. Seems like a good place to watch games they have alot of TV's which...

Edit - Thank you for the offer of a gift card. Maybe Teamz will offer a better experience to anyone who'd like to try it out. I don't want any additional compensation, we did address our concern on the pizza when we were there (though not to a manager, you're correct) and based on the response wouldn't have wanted that same staff to have to remake our food again considering they apparently thought something negative about us when we were there by how the replacement came out. I do appreciate your response though and hopefully others have a better experience moving forward.

Waitress was friendly but the food sucked and was very overpriced. They made my friend's pizza wrong, she had just requested two items not included (cinnamon & pineapple), waitress offered to have it remade when it came out coated in cinnamon and covered in pineapple (she brought it out obviously incorrectly made) which was nice enough, but the new one was super undercooked and had a large chunk of the pineapple smack dab in the center of the new one like it was giving us the finger LOL 🤣. This made me question if the waitress took the order incorrectly then didn't explain to the kitchen, however it happened, it was definitely intentional from the kitchen which makes you worry about how they're handling/mishandling your food (not so funny). It is also very expensive! $16 for a salad with dried out stringy chicken. Atmosphere is plain and there were full beer bottles in the planters at the front door when we got there at 11am....
