I'm rating as such because I recently got a Michelles luaua pizza. Which comes WITH BBQ sauce, mozerella cheese, chicken, bacon, pineapple, banana peppers, green peppers and a touch of cinnamon. Usually I get jipped on the pineapple so I asked for extra. I got just that but it seems to be missing chicken. I counted 3 slivers of chicken out of 6 piece pizza. They replaced the chicken with the extra pineapple it seems. Am very disappointed by that. Also as you see in the photo some darker areas thag look like they would be chicken. They are not, they are pineapple with seasoning in it that looks like chicken. I'm eating a pizza with handfuls if pineapple, no chicken and barely any of the other topping besides cinnamon?

Ordered this sandwich minus tomato tonight. I took a bite and realized it had tomato. Asked for it to be remade. 15 minutes later, it came back with the tomato’s picked off and the same bite mark in it. Asked to see a manager. He wouldn’t even come see me. Just took it off the bill and still charged me for my fries...so gross. Gave it another chance and the service is so much better now. They added fresh cut fries as a menu option and they are perfect! I'll be back and keep adding stars as they are earned Another update: Had Katie tonight as a server and wow! She was great! So happy to put this neighborhood restaurant back in our rotation!
