Workers are very distant towards walk in customers. It's pretty obvious that the company relies and cares only mostly on commercial accounts and does not care about walk-in customers. They were not very helpful and tried to tell me that other auto parts stores and repair shops will charge for an abs scanner. When, in fact, other auto parts store does it for free.
