I never regret going to this Dunkin because the food is always consistently good. However I do want its management to be made aware - you have a young guy working the drive thru on weekday mornings between 6-7 who comes across as being extremely rude. He literally says nothing (at least me) when I pull up. No hello, good morning or anything after handing over my order such as have a nice day. This makes all the difference with customer retention. I pray every morning it’s not him that I have to deal with! The women who are usually in the drive thru at that time are very nice and polite and actually interact with customers the way they should but this guy (who I’ve heard speaking with coworkers in the background before so I know he’s not a mute) comes across as rude and clearly should not be working a customer facing job if he can’t be polite and courteous to customers! Train this kid to better communicate with your customers or give him the boot! Overall if I didn’t have to deal with this guy I’d have given this Dunkin 5 stars. 3/19/25 I’m adding to this post and removing a star. Update to the above shortly after I posted my review the kid I was talking about hasn’t been there - perhaps he quit, moved to another shift or was let go, having nothing to do with my review or whatever. But what I want to add is this: they’ve gone downhill in their food consistency. The orders are not always right- I always order the same thing at least once a week in the early morning on the way to work (veggie egg white omelet bites and 1 order of hash browns - SIMPLE!!) and they get it right maybe(!) half the time. I don’t understand why they can’t tell the difference between these omelet bites and the bacon and cheese ones! I can’t eat bacon so I wind up giving them away or throwing them out. On top of that even when I get the right order it’s often cold as if it wasn’t put in the oven long enough so by the time I get to work (7 min away) I have to reheat it and that’s not every time which tells me it’s not the drive time it’s someone not putting it in the right amount of time. Train better and do better!! I will be coming inside next time and will talk to the manager - management if you are seeing this we will be having a discussion. I’ve now had to reheat 4 times and I’ve gotten 3 wrong orders which I’ve wasted my money on. I’d like some sort of compensation. I’ve told so many people how great your store is and even told a few of your morning employees but after all this I’ve lost faith in your ability to serve customers consistently and my patience is waning! Likely taking my business elsewhere as it seems you no longer care about good...
Read moreToday around 2-230 i came here for a coffee through the drive thru. There was one car infont of me and when it was my turn to order nobody greeted me for a few minutes but I figured the person in front of me had a large order or something. So I was patient and then placed my order repeating what I wanted. Waited 10 mins to get to the window. By this time there was a line behind me. Again I was patient because I can relate to them. My turn and I get to the window to see my coffee made incorrectly. I mentioned it and the girl with blonde hair looked at me and proceed to give me an attitude because I wanted cream and sugar like I stated in the first place. She handed it to a co worker which he made a comment and she basically was talking completely out of line about me wanting my coffee made right. I’m a pretty easy going person but this rubbed me the wrong way. She handed my coffee back to me and didn’t say a single word to me. No sorry, no thank you, no have a good day. I told her thank you as she turned her back on me. I liked the service before never had any issues before this and never seen this girl here before but I won’t be back. Teach this girl proper manners and good customer...
Read moreI never write these types of negative reviews but I’m fed up with this Dunkin’s poor customer service and poorly prepared food. Since I’ve moved to Middlefield from Durham I’ve started going to this Dunkin and they can’t seem to get my orders right. Today was the final straw. They don’t toast their bagels or spread the cream cheese on the bagel. It’s just a large serving slapped on the raw bagel and thrown into the wrapper. The 3 times I’ve gone back in after going through the drive thru, the workers have poor customer service and make it seem like I’m inconveniencing them to toast my bagels correctly. The woman today asked me if I wanted it toasted once or twice, I told her I just want my the bagels toasted. The three bagels were all raw and not toasted. She snapped back well I just want to be sure. She then drops then drops the corrected bagels down not saying a word. I said thank you and she ignored me and turned away. I’ve gone in three times with the same issue and each time the employees had an attitude problem. I hope they don’t treat all their customers this way. I’ll drive to Durham...
