I'm not a fan of being lied too... To be clear I'm allergic to mustard, and when I order food I ask for it plain to be safe. I ordered my burger meal and asked for it to be plain. When I ordered they guy didn't process it plain just rung up a meal. I asked him if he got it plain and he said yes, so I pulled around to pay. (For all I know he forgot and was going to correct it) I paid and get my receipt and it's still not "saying" plain so I ask him if he got the order plain. He said yes again, I figure that's ok he must have just verbally told them to make it plain. I also asked for a pack of ranch (I love to dip my fries in ranch) and when he hand me the bag I ask if he got the ranch and he said yep it's in your bag. So I pull out and hop onto the highway for a 35min drive grab my food and I'm glad I checked because the burger was fully loaded and not plain. To top it off there is no ranch in the bag either.
Now tell me again why we should be paying these people in fast food $15.00 like they are asking for... ok, I gave the guy 3 gets to get my order right and then there's the ranch I gave him 2 times to give me some... sadly I...
Read moreI don't know about other locations or this fast food chain in general, but I've had nothing but positive experience at this location and I strongly prefer it over McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, and the like.
We first found this fast food joint after a hike at the nearby US Army Heritage Trails. We now try to find excuses to stop by whenever we pass by the area. The decor is modern, sporting a refreshing red and platinum color scheme. The place feels neat and clean; I believe it's still less than 2 years old. After you pay for your order, you're given a placard which you place on your table and they'd bring your food over when ready, just like Noodles & Co. That's nothing much but still a nice touch for fast food. Their beef patties are supposedly Angus beef, not quite as good as Five Guys, but a lot better than others. The cheeses they use don't seem stodgy like McDonald's or Wendy's. Pricing is on par. They do observe happy hours between 2 and 5 pm where you can have a double charbroiled Angus slider for only $1.25. Talk about god-sent afternoon snacks!
Maybe I am just tired of the usual burger chains, but for now I remain a fan...
Read moreHardee’s got rid of the best item on their menu (by a mile) - the double western. That leaves only the Frisco burger and chicken fingers as acceptable options. What a bummer. Since they have gotten so pricey and killed their best item we’ve stopped going. Boo!!!!
I was excited when we finally got a Hardee's in our neck of the woods. I was even more excited when I found out they have a double-western burger - which is my favorite menu item from Hardee's cousin out West (Carl's Jr.). The food and service have been really good up until recently. Food quality seems like it might be slipping a bit, and some recent additions to the drive-through staff leave much to be desired in both attitude and accuracy of order. I hope management nips it in the bud soon. For recent visits I would give 2.5 stars. I'm giving 4 factoring in how good they've been up until our last few. ...
