I had the black and Bleu Burger today, and added crispy bacon to it. It was Banging! but I did ask for them to make it a little pink in the middle, and it wasn't pink in the middle at all. The main reason for my 3-star rating is because I don't think any Burger I don't care unless it has five Patties on it, there is not one burger that I have ever tried that is worse $13, $14, $15, anywhere. Anywhere in the world! It's more than what Five Guys is and Five Guys makes way better hamburgers or cheeseburgers in what Red Robin does. It's more than what Five Guys is and Five Guys makes way better hamburgers or cheeseburgers than what Red Robin does. Not as much variety. But definitely way better meat wise, size-wise, and everything else about it definitely makes Five Guys A Better Burger to eat with a few less dollars in your hand. But no Burger even five guys should be charging what they charge for a beef patty or ground beef patty for that matter, and if they're going to charge that much for any kind of beef on that bun it should be a filet mignon at that price! Oh, by the way, make sure you ask for more than three napkins they give you. It's a pretty messy burger, and most of their burgers are. And they go cheap on supplies napkins and so on plus they give you a packet of plastic utensils to eat with, and I've never eaten a burger in my life with a fork, a spork, a spoon, or a knife. they did however throw in the Box 10 ketchup packets which you don't need throw in the Box 10 ketchup packets which you don't need unless you really want to catch up on that burger. Because the burger definitely has a lot of flavor to the point where you really don't need ketchup, plus it would make it probably about you three times messier than what it is now by itself. Just make sure you ask for extra napkins and you don't need ketchup especially 10 packets! The other thing is this is the last thing, I don't like feeling horrible about not tipping somebody who took my order and just went to the window to put it in a bag and bring it out to me. I don't do it at McDonald's I don't do it at Wendy's I don't do it at any burger places specially when the morning take out. Not even five guys! And that's all I have to say about this review....
Read moreWe did not receive good service at this location. I have been a server for years and even during busy times you still need to check on your tables. At this time it was not busy, we ordered water with lemons and did not get lemons which was not a huge deal however our server had already taken our food order. We attempted to get the waitresses attention and were ignored multiple times. When our food was finally brought out by the kitchen staff, fries were cold, burger was well done after asking for medium rare. I may have gotten five bites of my salad when I found a huge piece of paper mixed in. Luckily after sitting and waiting for a server, the manager finally stopped over to see how everything was and we were able to explain the lack of service and our food situation. He took care of us and then we waited 15 minutes for our check, again a kitchen staff member checked on us and we explained we were just waiting on our check. She then explained they compensated our bill which was a nice surprise however it would have been nice to know so we could have gotten back on the road quicker. I understand from my own experience that accidents happen however poor service is no excuse. Our server did not check on us once until the manager informed her of our situation. That to me is worse than just poor service, in an effort to try and save her tip that she did not earn that was the only time she attempted to acknowledge us. We travel often and never complain however there was just to much wrong with this visit that we had to...
Read moreUsed to visit Red Robin more often, been years since I’ve eaten at one. First time visiting this one. Food was as good as I remembered. But, like everything else, prices are much higher than my last visit. Nevertheless, still worth the visit. I do find it crazy that they charge $2.99 to play unlimited games. You’d think this would be complimentary to entertain your kids while waiting for your meals. It was interesting the adult plates were plain white while the kid’s dishes had interesting pictures on them. I guess that’s their solution to entertaining the kids. The art on the walls was as random as I remembered. The PacMan one was my favorite. The most confusing piece of art was on the ceiling. It contained many different pictures in a nice montage. The confusion was why all the pictures faced one direction with the exception of the black and white pic of tepees. I have no idea why this one picture faces the opposite direction than all the others. Service was nice for the large party we had, the waitress and manager checked in often. The only issue was lack of refill offers for our drinks. The offer was made after a noticeable dry spell of the check-ins and right before the asking about the check. All in all, good visit, good food, and nice (but slightly...
