I've been visiting this Dunkin' for months almost everyday now. The only reason why I go to this location is because it happens to be the closest drive thru to my home. Even that becomes an ordeal since you can hardly hear the person taking your order and it appears that they can hardly hear you. I don't know if this is the cause, but you wind up having to repeat each part of your order a thousand times and then there's only a 50/50 chance that it's correct. When you get to the window however, the staff appear pretty lethargic so maybe it's due to them just not caring. If you order a sweet hazelnut iced coffee, the person making the drink should know what that means. It literally shows on the menu sweet and unsweetened flavors. Apparently only hazelnut exists with a bunch of sugar at the bottom. Even on the rare occasions that I do get the correct flavoring, it appears this location can't be bothered to mix your drink at all anyway...which sort of defeats the purpose, but the only other option is Starbucks or, like I said, a non-drive thru Dunkin', which I may have to start visiting instead despite the epidemic of COVID-19 which I thought taking advantage of a drive thru was safer for my health. It's a Dunkin' so I'm not expecting a Wolfgang Puck dining experience, but it's not that difficult to listen, give a correct order, and be a...
Read moreI used the Dunkin' app to order for the very first time & picked up the order in the drive thru. I ordered an iced coffee drink with extra caramel. It said there would be "3X caramel" in the drink, as well as "caramel drizzle" on top of the whipped cream. "Caramel" was strongly indicated to be a key ingredient in my drink. It was getting dark when I picked up my drink, & I was halfway home before I realized there was not a drop of caramel ANYWHERE. Originally, I thought there must have been a disconnect between what I ordered on the app & what Dunkin' prepared. However, that theory was proven blatantly incorrect because, on the side of the drink, there was a sticker with clear info indicating the "extras" that were to be included. It had the word "caramel" specified 3 different times, yet I'd received none. How hard is it-when you see the same word 3X & put the sticker on the side of the drink-to put the actual specified ingredient into the drink? I didn't drive back across town to complain...but I certainly will mention it next time. This Dunkin' location is notorious for having blunders, so I can't say that I'm surprised. It boggles my mind how the simplest of tasks seem like rocket science to most people who lack any critical thinking capabilities or basic...
Read moreVery disappointed with my recent visit that happened an hour ago. I ordered a medium hot chocolate while my friend ordered a small and neither of us checked them while there because they were very hot and we didn't think you could possibly mess up something as simple as hot chocolate. Hers came out fine, and after waiting 30 minutes for mine to cool down, mine was literally hot water with a chocolatey color. I paid $2 for chocolate colored hot water. It wasnt even chocolatey enough to drink or to pass as hot chocolate. It's happened before where this Dunkin' Donuts has made my drink awful, with it either being too sweet, not sweet enough, too watered down, not enough flavor, basically any and all issues that could be speculated have happened. I'm extremely disappointed with this company, because I've even gone to different states and their drinks were worse than the ones in New Jersey. Either their employees can't make drinks properly, their machines don't work, or their products are outdated because something is definitely wrong as to why there's a good amount of times I've received disgusting drinks and food from...
