This was our first time at this particular Ritas and the women that was serving at the window kind of ignored us while she texted on her phone, so I moved closer to the window so she could see that we were still waiting, then she put her phone down and offered to help us. They did not have green apple flavor. So I asked to try a few samples, which she gave me but all the samples tasted watered down..So I thought maybe it's just a coincidence so I got a mango misto and my boyfriend got a gelati and his had chucks of ice stuck at the bottom of the cup and mine just tasted like water. Not sure if this place has changed owners recently, but they used to be really nice and we never had a problem. We’ve gone here for 20 years. We went for the first time this summer and the woman got the order wrong 3 times. We asked for a twist in a cone and apparently that was hard. Then when she finally got it right it was the tiniest little bit of ice cream. We said that seems a little small, and she said she put too much in. Everytime I go to this Rita’s there is a line. It takes the employees 5 minutes to make one item. There are 16 year olds working here unsupervised and they are horrible at doing any work. They are constantly messing with the iPods and arguing loudly in front of customers about what songs to play. Some employees aren’t even working when there’s a line outside and just sitting eating ice cream in plain view. They also shut the windows in your face after taking an order.
