Just did a pick up mobile order as i live two minutes away and anted to be in and out, and so many things wrong. Got two orders of 6 piece mozzarella sticks which are over 9$ for two, came out looking absolutely DISGUSTING in one of the boxes, every-single-cheese stick was exploded inside out and not just a little I mean making them bare dry on the inside, which is absolutely insane to look at and think “okay i’m ready to hand this out” while serving, the other box had only 5, not 6, and were also super overcooked. By our TWO minute drive home they were both already in-edible. We also got mini tacos, but the app wouldn’t allow us to add more sauce onto our order, at the drive thru I specifically asked for taco sauce to please be put in the bag but she was so busy rushing to cut me off she didn’t care. The manager then awkwardly answered the window and didn’t say a word just oddly stared for a bit while smiling handed out the food and said you’re good, hoping since the manager was handing out the food things would be correct but no sauce, messed up orders, and was extremely rushed for something that would’ve been fast nontheless. Definitely not worth...
Read moreIMO the staff here needs to be taught to take pride in their work and treat every interaction as an opportunity to learn what quality service is all about. Placing an order is simple and filling that order should be done with pride and respect for your customers. My wife placed an online order. Upon coming home, fries were missing. My wife called to inquire and went back to pick them up. Upon returning home, the fries were cold. Not only were they cold they were stale and smelled of old oil. Really disappointed that this is allowed by not only the staff but the manager and the owners.
I know that running a business is a chore and obtaining quality employees is a struggle however there are ways to retain quality employees who understand the importance of quality and customer service. At the end of the day the returning customer is what keeps the lights on. Neglect them and the quality and you’ll be left without a job and an...
Read moreWe tried to order through the app and were having problems. When we mentioned it at the drive through the employee kindly and quickly escalated it to their evening shift manager for 9/3/22. The manager (wish I could remember her name!) tried to help trouble shoot the app to figure out why we were charged even though the order didn't go through. She couldn't figure it out either so she wrote our order down, offered a free drink for the wait, and made our food for us. Our order was fresh, delicious, and completed quickly. Everyone we interacted with was so considerate and patient. A very positive experience amid what was a very busy week for them. Thank you Jack in the Box Middleton team! We'll...
