Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Middleton

First off If you have signs saying mask required at the door for customers I’d expect the employees to be wearing a mask also. Doubly if there is a sign in the back stating mask are required. Was greeted and helped by a man with out a mask and a very poor attitude. But my biggest complaint is I called in a pick up order, and when I got there 40 minutes later (20 minutes after they said it would be done),they said it would it’s be 15 minutes (maskless guy had to tell the cook to start it) with out even checking the warmer, which I could see had a single large pizza with the receipt in unique way sticking out. When asked why the guy said “as you can tell we’ve had some issues”. I couldnt tell hence why I asked. So we waited the 15 minutes, only to go back in and watch them grab the pizza that was sitting in the warmer when we arrived and hand us our pizza. So we waited 15 minutes for our pizza which was ready when we arrived...

The maskless guy just had an over all poor attitude like he didn’t want to be there in the first place, the poor customer service from him, his attitude, his failure to check the warmer before telling us it was going to be a wait on top of him being maskless is the reason I won’t be back. I love Jets, their pizza is great. I will continue to recommend it to all my friends but not...

Let me start by saying, “This is the best pizza in Madison”. Coming from out of town we had been really attached to our local pizzeria. Yea...we eat a lot of pizza. We were worried when we moved to Madison that we’d have to find a new pizza place. Admittedly I had experienced Jets in another city so I knew it would always be an option. I don’t know if they have hired a new cook, but it went from Jets is always good to, best pizza hands down in the area. Our orders are always perfect and they pay attention to details. Extra means extra! No it’s not your fancy mom and pop clay oven pizza, this is in your face “making you reconsider your life choices” style of pizza. The 8-corner is so good, you will feel gulley at the end for smashing the entire pizza yourself.

This individual location has great and friendly staff. If you are looking for pizza that is worth the price, you have to try Jets. Also, the poppyseed crust topping is liquid ecstasy. Thank you Jets franchise for feeding not only our stomachs, but...

First tried this pizza in Chicago. I was excited to see there was one near me, about 5mi from my home. It was so worth the drive. Aside from having issues with the store not having some crusts, the staff was very helpful in working out the order. I love their crunchy, deep-dish crust. Not overcooked. Their sauce: kist the right amount with good seasonings. Their regular cheese pizzas have plenty of cheese. The bold pepperoni is a bit spicy, if you like that, but not offensive or overpowering. Overall, a well made and well-balanced pizza. It’s a crowd-pleaser; order the Xtra...
