Customer services terrible!!!!!!! They over talk you when you trying to tell them your orders...basically they tried to tell me what I want and how I want it very very bad service I just wanted some ice cream to help me get through this stressful time and had to go there to deal with attitudes in this horrible time of crisis ...when people going to stop being so disrespectful and mischievous smh I was taught to get respect u have to give it.... I'm always respectful to people so it was very unprofessional there...being a manager at the ups store I always give my customers respect no matter what they can come in with a frown and when they on they way out I make sure they leave with a smile..... because at the end u get what u gush out and also customers always comes...

We LOVE the ice cream here, but every time we have come recently has been unpleasant. Rude high school girls who clearly don’t want to be there, who every time will claim the soft serve machine is somehow always down. Our final attempt coming here ended in a kid making us a strawberry shortcake dasher with a TON of hot fudge. I politely said I believe there was a mistake. He said all dashers come with hot fudge (not the case per the menu and website). He remade it for us, this time forgetting the pound cake part of the dasher, and attempted to charge me a second time for a remake item before a more capable worker said don’t worry about it. I have a peanut allergy and only half of the time do they accommodate my allergy. every so often i go and they always clean the equipment, even if it’s busy. tonight i went in and was completely denied of any service other than soft serve. my mother had explained to her that the many many times we’ve been here before they always just rinsed everything off for safety and made it for me, and she just refused. don’t come here if you have any allergies because you never know if you’ll get a real employee or some rude teenager who doesn’t actually want to...
