Dunkin' — Restaurant in Middletown Township

I had ordered a online order. Once I got there the staff were closing up at 6:10pm when it clearly states this facility closes at 9pm. They said they had no gotten my order so I left not worth the argument. Then I call, after much thought I wanted to know what happened. So I ask what happened just to see if somebody would pick and they did. I guess they weren’t closed at 6:10 at night like they said when I was there in person. Somehow they changed their mind. They did get my order and asked where I was and why I so late. I had to triple check just to make sure I had the right Dunkin, I did. Somehow it became my fault. Which was very odd. I never have luck with Dunkin always something. Also their coffee tastes like old, burnt baked beans that...

Let me start with. This dunkin donuts was not on Google maps. I contacted them to correct the location just so I could write a review. Going to dunkin I know what to expect, OK coffee at best. This particular dunkin falls far far below even that standard. It had to be the worst place of all the restaurants, truck stops, gas stations, taco stands, grease trucks, and so on I have ever stopped at. The staff didn't understand a word of English. Therefore got my order so wrong the only thing I could do was laugh. Then on top of that after 5 minutes of trying to ring up my order they over charged me. This place is a joke, and a waste of space. The only reason I would ever step foot back into "that place" is to spit...

Ordered a dozen donuts thru delivery and they sent a ghost pepper donut without warning!!! Who does that shouldn’t there be a warning of a spicy donut....
