Gems House of Bagels — Restaurant in Middletown Township

Updated edit - I’ve been coming to gems for years , I know love 3 hours away and find my self once a month maybe , usually the same day , able to be in the area and stop. I just stopped and decided to do my errand early. They aren’t open till 7 but it’s 6:05 , I walked in and asked if they were open , clearly they aren’t . But arriselli still said don’t worry about it and served me an hour almost before they open just so I wouldn’t have to wait an hour when I drive 3 hours home . I love this place , she’s Amazing , just go go go support .

Ariselli I can’t speak more highly of her . (I probably did not spell that correctly) is so wonderful. Horrible. I asked for scrambled eggs with cheese and I said not a omelette and bacon on the side she repeated it back to me and does exactly what I told her not to do ! I bring it back she tells me the omelette is scrambled eggs and I asked for scrambled eggs with cheese inside the eggs and the cook had to come out and ask my wife what us was and she said omelette NO NOT A OMLETTE HOW HARD IS IT TO MAKE EGGS!! This is the third time I’ve been here and the girl that works there is so rude. I always order scrambled eggs with cheese. Each time it’s this huge deal. The last time I got it but I had to take 10 minutes to explain to the cook what the difference is between that and a cheese omelet. This morning I ordered this again and I didn’t get it again the women behind the counter was so rude and told me I’m wrong that this is scambled eggs and I got so annoyed that she’s arguing with me I said forget it and just left it’s so annoying never again HORRIBLE...
