A whole family is moving into the house I'm rehabbing for them. They experiment ordering me food from a bunch of different places while I'm here doing construction & I give them my assessment. (I'm Very easy to pleaee food wise, i mean, I'll eat anything, lol) Just gonna start with this one sandwich. The sauce (you can't even call it that) is so watery it completely made the hero mush. Like a wet soggy sponge. The meat (?) Balls Looks like they came out of a can. (Chefboyardee actually looks better now that I think about it) Probably all 99% bread & 1% "meat" for 'color'. The cheese was good (mozzarella) stuck to the foil like glue so it's gotta be real, lol. Just so disappointed. This big family moving here will never ever eat here & that's sad. Gotta step your game up guys. Especially in this area with upper class people who expect some decent food for your... very high price ($32 for 2 hero sandwiches) Never again... you got me once. Best of luck on making improvements (1 hour + delivery time too) š„ŗ The chicken parm hero was terrible... cardboard patties... I threw the other half in the garbage (I swear, it was that bad) Now... the Good news. Pizza is actually Good & So is the Lasagna... & the sausage & peppers is on the border of needing serious improvement but edible. When I literally have to throw food in the trash & I grew up poor where discarding food is a sin... I can't change the stars for a couple good dishes. However... Got Kids? They will love the Pizza & the Lasagna!!!...

The pizza that was given to us was a Vegan veggie pie, however no Garlic Knot crust. A quick look at the receipt and I see I didn't get charged for the Garlic Knot crust, so I thought it was fine. Pizza had mushrooms, ignored that. Decided to look closer at the receipt and get home to compare the online costs.
On the online menu, it lists a LG Vegan Veggie pie is $22.45. My total cost for the pizza was $24.45. No, its not tax, the tax is listed clearly at the bottom of the receipt. I realize that instead of charging me for the line item 'Veggie Vegan Pie', he charged me for the regular 'Vegan Pie' at $14.95 and added on twice āHalf Veggieā, each half at $4.75, totaling the $24.45.
So, for a 50 minute round trip we got the incorrect order, were charged in the wrong manner which added extra cost, and still came with something we asked it to not have. How well the pizza was cooked is questionable, cheese was barely melted and did not look like the other pictures weāve seen of this pizza. Very...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe were referred to this place bc of the vegan options. I work near by but I live nearly an hour away. We made an online order and ordered under the vegan menu. Let's just say our order was NOT VEGAN. I have not eaten meat in 8 years. It was a fault on both ends. Me for not checking and trusting a place that is gonna offer vegan options, with the expectation that they would be aware of how important it is to be on top of it. To the owner of this establishment if your employees tell you to fix something that's been a reoccurring problem fix it! After speaking to one of his employees on the phone it was mentioned that it had been expressed to the owner that there was a problem with the vegan online items printing out as vegan on the restaurants end. It was mentioned that it had happened multiple times already. I'm sorry if you went through this awful experience. I will not be coming back. To the vegan/vegetarian community if you decide to check this place out, just check before...
