Starbucks — Restaurant in Middletown Township

Horrible service! It seems like every time I go into this Starbucks location, I just have the worse luck. One day, they make me wait 22 minutes for my coffee, on another day, I wait over 10 minutes and they give me an iced coffee when I asked for a cold brew coffee (they don't even tell you they're out of cold brew) and I still got charged the cold brew price, on another day, I'm up next on a super long line and the girl behind the counter literally decides to have a conversation about her ex with the girl next to her, while I'm waiting minutes (right in front of her) to be helped. On another day, I buy a hot coffee and the lid was not put on tightly and I spilled it. It's a comedy at this point. Bad management + Bad training =...

I visit here almost daily for coffee and have always had a good experience. However today as I waited for my mobile order, I got to listen to the staff discuss their opinion on it. I order a small in a medium cup because I like extra milk in my coffee. the girl making it loudly expressed how she'll never understand the request for a bigger cup. maybe she should take it up with Starbucks who makes it an option. then she proudly stated how she will be doing extra ice. I don't believe she knew the person who ordered it was listening to her but while their are customers in your place of business, maybe you should keep your mouth shut regarding your opinions on people's orders. So terrible. This actually is a first going into a coffee shop in the coffee machine is broke hahahah. They kept apologizing but I should be thanking them it's a laugh it's a joke it's enjoyable to laugh at huge corporations that shaft people out of large amount of money and then they are totally inept at their real purported goal which is producing a product people can drink. Please if I ever go in Starbucks again in my life remind me that I wrote this I will do everything in my power to avoid this terrible establishment across America and if they have any outside the United States avoid...
