Mattress Firm Middletown Route 35 — Hotel in Middletown Township

Had the best sales experience of my life buying a mattress from Hany at the Mattress Firm store in Middletown, NJ.

We were extremely hesitant and concerned when it came to buying a mattress until we met Hany. He answered all of our questions honestly and educated us on the different types of mattresses and frames. He gave us time to consider different options and encouraged us to shop around, noting that we would not find better prices anywhere else.

We visited Value City Furniture and Ashley Furniture. We also visited another Mattress Firm Store. None of the prices or customer service came close to that of Hany at Middletown. Hany ultimately gave us the best price, and trust me, we did a lot of comparison shopping.

Hany is a true professional who loves what he does. He is polite, caring and not pushy when it comes to making a sale. There was a slight issue with the delivery of our frame (the problem was because of the delivery company not Mattress Firm) and Hany took full control and made it right without any added stress for us.

I was pleasantly greeted by Mattress Firm sales associate Svetlana Shliomovich this afternoon on my quest for a perfect mattress for myself after dealing with back issues for several years. She was thorough and completely listened to my needs and previous experiences with too hard and too soft mattresses. Her knowledge and guidance led me to a well known mattress brand that had several options to offer. She gave me plenty of time to test the various options and I was especially pleased to see the great care taken during this COVID pandemic for cleanliness and safety for both customers and the sales team. She had several other customers during my visit and did a professional job of caring for all. I finally made my decision and she was kind enough to reward my patience with several discount options which made me even happier. My husband and I came in to ask a few questions about bed sizing. Thinking we were going to just purchase one online, we realized that purchasing one online is super overwhelming and we would feel better actually trying different mattress options out. We were impressed with Chris' knowledge and wanted to further seek his help, thus us returning to him minutes later. He took his time explaining each mattress we tried and made sure we experienced each setting. I'm very thankful since their selection was up to date to the latest and best brands.
