Wendy's — Restaurant in Middletown Township

This Wendy's is so foul. I work in the shopping center it's located in. Me and my fellow employees all joke about how gross the food is here. It's always old, been under the heat lamps way too long. I swear they hire nothing but intellectually disadvantaged people too. Not a knock on them but....you have to have at least a couple employees with normal IQs to keep things under control.

I will only get chicken nuggets at this place now because anything I ever get a burger the meat is dried and hours old. Gross.

They are ALWAYS out of something. Coke, barbecue sauce, a specific meal....always something or multiple things. I don't know how you can serve chicken nuggets as one of your biggest menu items but not have BARBECUE SAUCE for WEEKS on end lol. Whoever runs this store is a derelict and just does not give a flying you know what. You will get cold fries, your burger will taste weird because it's OLD, and the soda here tastes nasty too.

It's so disappointing too because when Wendy's food is actually fresh, it's really good. A burger that's right off their grill is fantastic. But these mouth breathers here cook the meat at 12 pm and probably let it sit all day without cooking more. So you're getting a meat patty that's dried...

Terrible experience. Waited about 20 minutes in drive thru for me to get up there for them to say they are only taking cash or I would have to go inside to pay with card. I was only getting one thing and had enough cash in my car so was like ok no problem. Took about another 10 minutes to get up there pay and get my food. Workers were very rude already at this point but they were super busy so I understood. I pulled away and looked at my food and I had gotten a sour cream and chive baked potato. There was no sour cream on the potato or in the bag. I went inside and had to wait another 15 minutes for someone to be at the counter and then when I told them there was no sour cream, the women, who I believe is the manager was very rude and said “well it wouldn’t be on the potato it would be in the bag” and walked away. At this point I was fed up and said back well there is none in the bag either and held up the bag. She returned with a pouch of sour cream and said “yeah I know there isn’t I got it now”. Very very rude seemed like she knew it was never put in the bag and it was an inconvenience for me to come in and ask for it. I was here on Friday 06/07/2019 around 9 pm. The place was in total meltdown and complete chaos. It took about 15-20 minutes to get my order as well as the other people waiting along side me. The very tall kid taking the orders was doing his best, but there was absolutely no communication among staff. Orders were repeatedly being screwed up, including mine. I asked for no cheese on the Chicken BLT and it came with cheese. Staff were arguing with one another. People from the drive through were coming in to correct their orders. The eyeopening experience was when one of the girls with bare hands reached down to pick up garbage and papers off the floor, and then continued to tend to the fries without washing her hands. That occurred between 9:03 pm- 9:04 pm. I have been coming to this place for over a year and it has gone downhill. It wasn't great last year, but it was better. I love Wendy's, but this location is not a good representation of the quality you would expect...
