Ordered a delivery tonight for dinner, when the food arrived I only received half of my whole sandwich I had ordered. I called to inform them of the mishap and they said well you can come and pick up your other half if you we're not delivering anymore right now. I told them no its not my responsibility and at the moment I cannot hence why I ordered the delivery in the first place. Person on phone said let me get my manager so he can give a refund but I doubt he will. Then puts me on hold. 1 minute later they hang up on me. I call back this time someone else answered who was much nicer and went to get the manager. Managers says well did you check the bag my people say it's in there. I said yes and I only received half the sandwich. Puts me on hold again then the girl who answered phone asked for credit card info to process the refund not the manager which is unprofessional of the manager to not continue to speak with the customer to remedy the situation. Very disappointed and will not order again
Update, decided tonight to order some food and a drink since it’s a rainy day. Yet again something from my order is missing. Call to talk to them and again they tell me if I want it I have to pick it up or order it through door dash. Absolutely ridiculous, this will be the last time and I will be contacting corporate to inform them of this terrible location. I’m sick of the way they treat their customer. Again my dinner is ruined thanks to this location. Then after I finally get to eat my food, the soup I had ordered wasn’t even the right soup or the correct size. So I called again and the manager is arguing with me about how the drink was made and handed...
Read moreDear Panera Corporate Office,
My name is Jamil Strickland, and I recently visited your Lincoln Highway location on May 19th at approximately 5:15 PM. Unfortunately, my experience was not as welcoming as I have come to expect from your brand.
After placing my order via the kiosk, I proceeded to retrieve my cup. During this time, a male employee approached me loudly and asked if I had purchased the cup I was touching. I clarified that I had indeed purchased the cup, and a coworker confirmed that it was part of my order.
I value professionalism and believe that this employee could benefit from coaching on how to appropriately approach and communicate with patrons. As a regular customer who visits Panera three to four times a week—often at different locations due to my work as a truck driver—I understand that some differences in store culture may exist. However, I felt the manner in which I was addressed was unnecessary and could have been handled more respectfully.
This experience left me perplexed and concerned about whether this treatment was due to racial bias or simply a lack of respect. I would appreciate a return call to discuss this matter further.
Thank you for your attention...
Read moreOrdered online at 10:45 am for rapid pick up at for 12:00 pm pick up and the order was not ready when I got there . Had to wait a half hour which means my lunch break was over and I was now late going back to work. Not to mention the one bag I was waiting for all the employees kept walking past and working around the bag when it was clearly finished. The one kid ignores me as I’m trying to get someone’s attention to just get the bag I’ve been waiting for so I can leave. He looks at me and turns his head and asked someone else what they were waiting for! I was like excuse me I’m waiting for that bag back there that all you employees keep walking past and should have put out in the rapid pick up box. Then I get back to work and finally get to eat and my food and it was awful! The chicken was soggy and was like it was freshly taken out the freezer soaked in water! I asked for extra dressing didn’t even get that! Very disappointed!!! The people there obviously don’t care about service nor the food they prepare for their customers. Such a shame because I paid for a crappy lunch that I didn’t even eat because...
