Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Middletown Township

I'm normally a big fan of Chick-fil-A and I love their cheese sauce. This experience was bad The crispy chicken sandwich was so salty that it was pretty much inedible. It tasted as if someone had fried that piece of chicken in salt. The cheese sauce was not the right consistency it was much more liquidy than normal and it just tasted off - slight chemical taste. On top of that we ordered a half unsweetened iced tea half lemonade and it tasted awful it really tasted like it had artificial sugar and it was disgustingly sweet even with the unsweetened iced tea. I’m still confused as to why they built a secondary CFA a mile from each other but the employees at this one need to be retrained. I went to the grand opening and it was excellent, but after that it tanked. Chicken is overly greasy and the fries always taste old. The huge price hike for simple chicken sandwiches and fries when there is competition all along Lincoln Hwy is pretty wild. Please fix your food and pricing structure because it seems like gouging...

Oof, either the quality of food at this particular Chick Fil A was not good. I don’t know if it’s because this location is new or maybe they were understaffed. The chicken nuggets seem smaller, some were overcooked and the fries were not fresh. Entire restaurant appears smaller than others, with less seating and a minuscule play area that has no slide.
