Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Middletown

I am updating my review on Domino's Pizza, about two and a half years ago I ordered a pizza and parmesan bites will let me tell you was the most nastiest tasting thing I had in my entire life, the pizza was definitely left over and reheated the parmesan bites I almost broke my teeth on, I called them up and explained it sucked, they said I was wrong I told them they were full of shit, it was leftover pizza they reheated it and I wasn't going to take no for an answer, I called corporate and told them they offered me a refund and give me a free pizza, I told them I wouldn't take a free pizza if they gave me one for the rest of my life, I said no way in hell, so about 8 months ago I was at a party it was potluck, people brought food, somebody brought Domino's, I avoided it like the plague, so the night went on I seen people enjoying it eating it, I said well let me try it one more time, to my shock it was delicious it was back the way they used to be, I don't know what they did maybe they got rid of the cooks maybe they transfer the management, I was really impressed, so I started order from Domino's again, it is delicious it's hot it's fresh it's the way it should be, they are back where they used to be, I am proud to order from Domino's again, i stand by my last statement that the last time I ordered the pizza it was reheated I don't care what anybody tells me I stand by that statement and I will stand by it to the day I die, the Domino's is back to where they used to...

This Dominos needs to step it up. I order from this location time to time. My pizza is almost always below standards. They almost never seem to cut the pizza through and I have to rip the slices apart, most whole slices of pizza won't even have a bit of the topping I ordered on it. (whole pizza should have pineapple, but tends to have 3/4 with toppings and some have 1 pineapple tidbit.) I am even now waiting on a pizza I ordered over an hour ago with the pizza sitting out of the oven over 40 mins. Drivers at this location can be heard picking which deliveries they know that tip more than others. (I called in to complain. I'm paying with a gift card so they assume no tip.) I have complained in the past and honestly afraid to anymore because it goes back to the same problems. The above named, plus they often forget my soda or the side sauces I pay for and have honestly said to me "Do I have to go back in get that?" Followed by waiting another 30 mins for another driver to bring me the sauce for a pizza I finished and the...

My girlfriend is banned here without anyone able to give a reason why, everyone just tells her to use a different phone number. She has never worked for domino's or even confronted them about anything. On another note, tonight I ordered pizza, and when I arrived they were on the phone. That's alright, I waited, and was given half my order and half of someone else's. When I stated this, he told me to hold up, and answered a call. A few minutes later, a man folding boxes on the counter next to him looked at me, and I explained what was wrong and that the pizza needed to go back in the warmer for the other customer. The male on the phone who originally served me then got off the phone, explained "Jesus Christ!" Loudly, and stormed off to get the order right. When he came back, I didn't get any greeting or farewell, and left very displeased. I am a very nice person, and there was no reason to be treated this way.
