Dunkin' — Restaurant in Middletown

Ohhh this is on south main in middletown.

OK peeps, don't come here in the morning. Even for mobile, the orders go in, the receptionists don't see it bc their drive thru orders are prioritized. Sounds weird right? This is just because there's so many customers per interval, the system can't process our mobile orders fast enuf.

Anyways.. 5 stars. They are reasonable

Came at 8am, was busy af, did a mobile order, left. B4 I got my order cus I had to be somewhere right away. Yk, normally I order via. Mobile app, then go in, pick it up, then walk out. We'll not this time!

Here's the upside. I came back 2 hrs later, showed them my order (screenshotted like I always do for all my dunkin orders - app is overall sketchy), and told them. My name.

They looked it ip in their system, it did in fact get processed around 830am. So anyways, they saw it, and redid the order (made it fresh, it was literally there (Original one) in the pickup area, but ice was all melted and gross) and gave it to me without me having to pay extra.

So good job to dunkin.

Dont go in morning if...

I only gave this Dunkin so many chances because it’s so close to my house and I love Dunkin Donuts. It’s unfortunate how lousy this Dunkin is. They have a few great workers but the bad ones ruin it for everyone. I spared them a review after the first situation when I had to complain to the shift leader that her food station guy wasn’t wearing gloves for a whole week. She told me, “ He has a glove on.” I guess him wearing one single glove compared to him going the whole week of wearing no gloves is a step up. The food station for the afternoon shift is always disgusting. The employees will eat, leave their drinks and food on the counter. It’s never clean. The best time to order food from here is 4 A.M. Now today, Zachary decided to do a “ U -turn” with my coffee. He pretended to fix the issue I was having, along with his attitude. I knew he was coming back with the same coffee because he went from the counter and came back in two seconds with one of his co-workers laughing . This happened on...

I went to this Dunkin Donuts and was standing in line to buy a coffee and a bagel. I started looking at the bagels and pastries, and they had swarms of flies flying around the food and landing on the food. I asked to speak to the manager, and I said to him..How do you allow flies to be flying and landing on the food that you serve the public. Flies carry germs and they may be landing eggs on the food. The manager just looks at me and says, they can't do anything about it! Are you serious?? You want the public money, but you don't want to protect the public from the germs that is getting on the food that you serve us. That is so nasty and disgusting!! I would advise everybody to order your food inside and not through drive through so you can see what they are doing and if flies are around your food. Nobody wants...
