Dunkin' — Restaurant in Middletown

I love my local restaurants but this location is this worst. During this time in our country, you would think restaurants would go above and beyond to make its customers happy. I also didn't intend to eat out, I left my breakfast sausage in the freezer. So, I order a cressant with turkey sausage and cheese. It was cold. I order hash browns. They were brick hard, cold and burnt. We let the worker know and without a smile, and I'm sorry. She grabbed our bag and told us to go to the front. After about one minute hands us more hash browns, that look like the ones we gave her but warmed up. Either the oil was dirty or they were just old. Either way, the standards of this facility is less than poor. The worker need to fired and this Dunkin Donut néed a revamp. In this climate I shouldn't be ordering food anyway but this service reminded me to go home and take my sausage out. I'm never ordering here again because I don't trust the staff and the owner of this facility to provide quality food, not even mediocre food. I wish I could share a picture of my...

I never eat “take out”, but I kept getting emails about how it was Veteran’s Day Today! Thank you so much for the free donut today (Veteran’s Day, bring your ID/DD214 paperwork next year!).

I was told the lovely girl via drive thru to surprise me with whatever donut (it was for my little toddler), but she surprised me with a CHOCOLATE WHOOPIE PIE😩💕 I had no idea that Dunkin’ Donuts made chocolate whoopie pies, but it was DELICIOUS 🥹💕 it was such a great concept of a whoopie pie by slicing a chocolate glazed donut (my childhood favorite from DD hehe), and filling it with the BEST cream ever! Wasn’t heavy or too sweet at ALL😇

The girl who took my order was the one who personally picked out my whoopie pie and met me at the window. She was such a sweet heart with wonderful energy and I felt bad I looked like a troll and basically drove off (scared of the huge hungry line behind me 🦏🚘) but thank you so much for making me and my daughter’s day

I will not be going back! I have had 3 visits in the last 3 weeks hoping for a better visit everytime and well 3 strikes and your out! First visit the person said i dont have change to give you back is that ok?? Second visit I went in a 6:58 not knowing they closed at 7. I was greeted and then when started my order was told I dont have anything to serve you we will be closing shortly! Then my third and last visit was yesterday at 6:38, I asked for a latte, I was told "I jist cleaned my machine we can't make those!" I then asked well what is available? "I have iced coffee or a little hot coffee left and coolata!" I decided to leave and have to drive to the next town over where they had great customer service! The 3 times I have been there I have been made to feel like I was bothering them. When I worked there during high school you didn't clean till they closed to accommodate the customer and provide good customer service. I am not one to complain but this...
