Dunkin' — Restaurant in Middletown

I normally stop at this particular Dunkin’ Donuts when I run out of coffee or creamer at home . This time around was not a good experience and may have me changing my habits. First of all, the person at the window , a young red headed male , barks out $5.99 immediately upon my arrival to the window, and secondly the older lady who has the demeanor of a manager appears to scold the pleasant young lady who was making my 2 large coffees , the older women pours the 2 coffees down the drain and remakes my 2 coffees. Finally when I’m driving down Summit Bridge Rd. I realize that the coffee tastes a little syrupy and that it also has a very unpleasant flavor. I put the 2 cups of coffee in the trash receptacle at a WaWa , as I can not drink bad coffee , so my coffee order ends up costing around $12.00 because I tipped Dunkin’a $1.00 as normally do, the pleasant young lady who normally makes my coffee and is very well mannered ,should have been at the window instead of the obnoxious young man who should’ve been instructed beforehand to treat your customers with basic courtesy as we pay...

I visited this morning to pick up a coffee and some munchkins that I ordered on the app. I decided last minute to add an orange juice and the woman at the window was accommodating and sweet and went to grab it for me. Her boss (I’m assuming he’s the boss) was incredibly nasty to her. He was getting in her face about how there was no orange juice on my order and refusing to let her speak to explain the situation. They are fortunate she didn’t walk out because I would have been out that door so fast. I work in management and would never treat my employees so poorly. In a time of worker shortages, it would be really wise to treat the only person who showed up to work...

They updated their app and it no longer works on my Galaxy Note 4 phone, so I have no way to redeem my free drink rewards or take advantage of any member specials ... even though I have an account. I can't even order anything online ... unlike the wonderful Starbucks that offers the same functionality on their BOTH website and app. Seriously Dunkin? There are a ton of tele-workers who like to put in a mobile order from their laptops. Sorry dunkin you lost a regular customer ... at least until I get a new phone. I'll be going to Starbucks a...
